LEAGUE... VERY IMPORTANT...
I HAVE ADDED ONE (N/A) SLOT TO OUR ROSTERS, IT WORKS LIKE A (DL) SLOT.
I meant to bring this up before and way before the draft but, haven't had the time.
Sorry about that, my apologies.
I usually DO NOT work this way when making changes to my leagues, I try to implement changes ahead of time to allow everyone time to understand them, prepare for the draft and allow you to maintain a set strategy from the beginning and not force you to change just before the draft.

During this year's draft... we will assign rounds #14 through #23 as "keeper" rounds.
Meaning, next year we will be allowed to decide if we want to keep these LAST 10 players we draft tonight, as long as they're still on our rosters in October 2013, or just keep 9 or 8 or 5 or 3 or none,
it all depends in who YOU want to keep, there aren't any other restrictions other than who you think is valuable enough to keep next year, a decision YOU will have to make, NEXT March before we draft then.
Please understand that today's draft will not necessarily be any different than any other draft.
It does not affect how we draft this year.
So, draft normally as you normally would anyway.

LEAGUE....
A VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT....
I've made a couple of changes to the settings....
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE....
-- I left 40 inning minimum requirement the same.
-- I lowered the number of SPs from 4 down to 2.
-- I increased the number of bench players from 4 to 6.
-- I increased RPs by 1 from 3 to 4.
-- I removed the IF position for batters.
We still have the same number of players on our rosters, 23.
Please review your settings for draft time and adjust accordingly. -
