After 13 wonderful seasons of Ramrod Baseball, I would like to announce that your indentured servitude with Ramrod sports has come to an end.
With that being said, Ramrod Dynasty Leagues are not shutting down, and will be open for business as long as I can keep the leagues afloat with owners.
I love having all you guys in Ramrod, especially my dudes who I do not get to see nearly enough, it makes me feel like we are still hanging out even when we never get to actually see each other. But that's not fair to you guys who just doesn't have the time anymore, or just feel out of love with Fantasy sports. There is mad love between all my friends who have helped keep Ramrod alive for almost a decade and a half, and I do not need a fantasy league to still feel in touch.
On the other hand, no one has to leave. Though there isn't much communication between owners, everyone is doing great managing their team. I just have come to a place where I feel extremely guilty for holding Ramrod over everyone's head like our lives depended on it. That's not a cool thing to do, and I apologize. In my perfect world, none of you would leave, and will manage your teams until you pass them down to your children, but I know I dream big and the reality is real life happens, and people's priorities/hobbies change as we get older.
If you would like to leave Ramrod Baseball, Football, or both, please private message me and I will do my best to find a competent owner as soon as I can find one. For this season, you will still have to pay the $50 for the league buy-in, only because I will not be able to convince someone else to pay the fee this late into the season. There will be no animosity, my word, just an open door to walk through into Ramrod Retirement.
