Josh Willingham (knee) is back in the Twins' starting lineup on Tuesday evening versus the White Sox.
Advice: Willingham got a cortisone shot in his troublesome left knee on Sunday. He'll try to play through the pain.

Heath Bell was charged with the loss after allowing a ninth inning solo homer to Giancarlo Stanton in a tie game Monday.
Advice: Entering a 2-2 contest in the top of the ninth, Bell struck out Ed Lucas before Stanton homered to right. Bell (4.23 ERA, 1.52 WHIP) has allowed a home run in three consecutive appearances. Consider it a course-correction after he enjoyed some good luck earlier this season. With J.J. Putz (elbow) close to returning, the clock on Bell's reign as closer may be ticking.

B.J. Upton is not in the starting lineup for the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Mets.
Advice: Jordan Schafer will make the start in center field and bat leadoff against Matt Harvey. Look for Upton to return for the second game.

Huston Street earned his 14th save of the year Monday as the Padres beat the Giants 5-3.
Advice: Street entered with a 5-3 lead in the 13th inning and stranded Gregor Blanco, who reached on a single. Street isn't striking anyone out -- he has 13 over 24 games -- and has tossed only four perfect innings in 2013. Despite Street's struggles, he's 14-for-15 in save conversions and has a good amount of job security.

Carlos Quentin (shoulder) is not in the Padres' lineup Tuesday.
Advice: He's now missed four straight starts with a sore left shoulder. Quentin remains day-to-day for now, but the disabled list will become a possibility if he doesn't improve in a hurry. Chris Denorfia is starting in left field Tuesday.

Michael Morse is not in the Mariners' lineup Tuesday due to his nagging right quad injury.
Advice: Morse originally suffered the injury in late May, and he's been unable to totally shake it. The M's have admitted that they would have placed him on the DL earlier had they not been dealing with other injuries, and they're probably wishing they would have gone ahead and done it, anyway. Morse was out testing the quad prior to Tuesday's game and is hoping to be back in the lineup soon.

Anthony Rizzo is not in the Cubs' starting lineup on Tuesday night against the rival Cardinals.
Advice: It's the first day off of the season for the young first baseman, who has 10 home runs and 39 RBI in 68 games this season. Cody Ransom will get the nod in his place against Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright.

Shelby Miller reported feeling fine Tuesday after leaving Monday's start with a right leg cramp.
Advice: Miller was just a little dehydrated, so the Cards pulled him early as a precaution when his calf tightened up. He'll be fine for this weekend's start against the Rangers.

Rays manager Joe Maddon spoke to Alex Cobb (concussion), who said there's no timetable for his return.
Advice: Cobb was diagnosed with a concussion after he was hit in the head by a line drive on Saturday and is currently on the 7-day disabled list. He'll have to be cleared by MLB before returning to action and Maddon isn't ready to say for sure when that might be. It could be a lengthy absence.

Mets recalled RHP Zack Wheeler from Triple-A Las Vegas.
Advice: The wait is over, as Wheeler is slated to make his long-awaited major league debut in the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Braves. The Mets will option Wheeler back to the minors after Tuesday's start, but it's merely a procedural move, as he will function as the 26th man for the doubleheader and will be eligible to return for his next scheduled start next Tuesday against the White Sox. One of the top pitching prospects in the game, Wheeler posted a 3.93 ERA and 73/27 K/BB ratio in 68 2/3 innings across 13 starts this season in Triple-A. Feel free to pick him up in all fantasy formats.

Yoenis Cespedes is in the designated hitter spot again Tuesday, as his left hamstring still isn't quite 100 percent.
Advice: Cespedes hasn't played the outfield in a week. He should be able to play the field again soon, but the A's are understandably taking a cautious approach with the DH available to use.

Rays recalled RHP Jake Odorizzi from Triple-A Durham.
Advice: Odorizzi will be the 26th man for Tuesday's doubleheader against the Red Sox and is slated to start the nightcap. The 23-year-old has allowed 11 runs in 12 1/3 innings in two starts and one relief appearance with the Rays this season and will likely be sent back down to the minors after Tuesday's start. He's someone to keep an eye on for the future.

Marco Scutaro is back in the Giants' lineup Tuesday.
Advice: Scutaro is dealing with "mallet finger" in his left pinkie, which is a form of tendon damage. The injury can often take 6-8 weeks to fully recover from, but Scutaro will try to play through it. He had missed the previous six games.

Mike Napoli (illness) is back in the starting lineup for the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Rays.
Advice: Napoli hasn't played since Thursday due to illness, but he's finally back to 100 percent. It's not clear if he'll play both games of the doubleheader.

Rangers placed OF Jeff Baker on the 15-day disabled list with a sprained right thumb.
Advice: The move is retroactive to June 13, so Baker will be allowed to return in less than 15 days if he's feeling well enough. He suffered the right thumb sprain last week while trying to give a high-five to a teammate.

Roy Oswalt is officially scheduled to make his Rockies debut Thursday in D.C. against the Nationals.
Advice: Oswalt signed a minor league contract with Colorado on May 2 and has registered a stellar 2.16 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 25/7 K/BB ratio across 33 1/3 innings since reporting to Double-A Tulsa. The veteran right-hander is worth a try in most standard mixed fantasy leagues, though keep in mind that he struggled last year with the Rangers.
