      Advice: He’s currently being evaluated and treated by the Pirates’ medical team. Despite the vagaries of the diagnosis, anything related to the arm isn’t encouraging. The 27-year-old’s southpaw next start should be in question at a minimum and it wouldn’t be surprising at all to see him land on the injured list.       Advice: The positive news here for fantasy managers is that X-rays came back negative after Altuve was hit by a pitch on the left hand during Friday’s game against the Twins. The 34-year-old veteran second baseman is day-to-day for now and will get some extra time off this weekend to rest and recover.       Josh Hader recorded his 15th save despite giving up a grand slam to one of the two batters he faced in the ninth Friday against the Twins.
