It was his lone hit of the contest, but he also drew a pair of walks as well. The 27-year-old backstop remains a liability in the batting average department, but he’s up to 14 big flies already and is on pace for his second consecutive 30-homer campaign. His 14th homer of the season ties him for the MLB lead at the position, tied with Shea Langeliers and Adley Rutschman.
