    • Grayson Rodriguez roughed up by Angels in defeat
Grayson Rodriguez was pummeled for seven runs and 11 hits in 4 1/3 innings Tuesday in a loss to the Angels.

Advice: Rodriguez blamed the poor showing on leaving too many pitches down the middle of the plate. He got 14 missed swings and seven strikeouts, but 10 of the 14 balls in play against him were hard hit. It’s his first loss of the year, leaving him 3-1 with a 4.45 ERA. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:42 pm
    • Keeps raking
Raleigh went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run during Tuesday's 4-0 win against the Rangers.

Advice: Raleigh tagged Dane Dunning for a two-run shot in the first inning to plate J.P. Crawford, marking the fourth long ball of his last five appearances. During that stretch, Raleigh is batting .474 with nine RBI, five runs scored and three multi-hit games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:47 pm
    • Michael King gets roughed up in fourth in loss
Michael King was tagged for six runs — four earned — in 3 2/3 innings by the Rockies on Tuesday.

Advice: King’s first start at Coors Field was going OK until the fourth, when two singles, an error and a grand slam gave the Rockies the lead. Alas, that still wasn’t the end of it, as King went on to allow a single, a double, an intentional walk and an unintentional walk to push in another run. He was finally pulled at that point, and Stephen Kolek was able to strand the bases loaded. King dropped to 2-2 with a 4.11 ERA. He’s still a decent enough play versus the Phillies next time out. • Cal Raleigh hits sixth homer in Mariners’ victory
Cal Raleigh went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer against the Rangers on Tuesday.

Advice: The homer, which came on a very poorly placed 0-2 pitch from Dane Dunning, was Raleigh’s sixth in 80 plate appearances. He doesn’t have any other extra-base hits, but this is still just fine. He’s batting .271/.350/.529. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:15 pm
    • Adds insurance with homer
Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Red Sox.

Advice: Ramirez's bat is coming around -- he's hit safely in seven of his last eight games, going 8-for-32 (.250) with two homers and nine RBI in that span. For the season, he's slashing .240/.253/.427 with four homers, 19 RBI, 16 runs scored, a stolen base, four doubles and a triple through 22 games. Ramirez remains firmly in the heart of the order and continues to be regularly involved in run production even with his lackluster on-base numbers so far. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:41 pm
    • Grabs fourth save
Bednar earned the save in Tuesday's 2-1 victory over the Brewers, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Advice: After a shaky start to the year, Bednar's now delivered three straight scoreless appearances, allowing just one hit in that span. Overall, he's 4-for-7 in save chances with a 9.00 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 12:2 K:BB through 12 innings this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:32 pm
    • Says healthy despite velocity drop
Lopez allowed three runs on four hits and two walks over four innings Tuesday in a 6-5 win over the White Sox. He struck out six in a no-decision. He said after the game he was a physically fine despite a noticeable drop in his fastball velocity during the game, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Advice: Lopez's final pitch in the fourth inning was 91.9 mph, his slowest four-seam fastball while a member of the Twins, according to Do-Hyoung Park of MLB.com. Lopez didn't allow any runs in the first three innings but struggled in the fourth inning by allowing a three-run home run. It was a disappointing performance considering he was facing a struggling offense. However, it sounds like his worrisome velocity drop may not indicate a bigger problem. • Pablo López avoids loss in dicey outing vs. CWS
Pablo López allowed four hits and three earned runs over four innings in the Twins’ win over the White Sox on Tuesday.

Advice: López fell victim to a three-run homer courtesy of Eloy Jiménez in the fourth inning, which proved to be his lone blemish in an up-and-down outing. The veteran righty struggled to keep runners off the basepaths in this one, allowing six baserunners in this one. He’s now allowed seven or more baserunners in three of his last four outings and has seen his ERA rise to 4.39 on the young season. López will look to get back on track in his next outing, which is scheduled for Sunday against the Angels. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:35 pm
    • Ohtani clobbers HR in win over WAS
Shohei Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a walk and a solo home run in a win over the Nationals.

Advice: The home run was an absolute bomb that was 118.7 mph off the bat and traveled 450 feet. He also had a 109.7 mph flyout earlier in the game that had a .340 expected batting average. Ohtani is now hitting .364/.430/.677 with six home runs, 14 RBI, and five steals on the season. Yeah. he’s very good. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:33 pm
