• Drawing start Sunday
Blanco will start Sunday's game against the Tigers, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Heading into the weekend, Blanco wasn't expected to make a start against the Tigers, but he ended up getting pushed up in the pitching schedule after Justin Verlander had his turn in the rotation skipped due to a neck injury. As a result of the change in the pitching schedule, Blanco no longer lines up for two starts during the upcoming week. After Sunday's outing, the right-hander is on track to make his next start next weekend versus the Orioles in Houston. Rotowire.com Today, 8:12 am

  • Three more hits Saturday
Kwan went 3-for-4 in Saturday's 5-0 loss to the Blue Jays.

Advice: The Guardians only managed eight hits in total on the day, all singles, but Kwan still kept rolling from the leadoff spot. The 26-year-old has hit safely in 10 straight games since returning from a hamstring injury, batting an incredible .500 (19-for-38) over that stretch to push his slash line on the season to .386/.447/.538 with four homers, three steals, 16 RBI and 39 runs in 42 contests. • Receiving day off Saturday
Benintendi is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Benintendi started in back-to-back games after being activated from the injured list, but he'll get a breather Saturday with lefty Tommy Henry set to follow opener Scott McGough for Arizona. Corey Julks will bat fifth and play left field. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:09 pm
  • Steven Kwan collects three hits in loss to Jays
Steven Kwan went 3-for-4 against the Blue Jays on Saturday.

Advice: Kwan collected three hits on the day against the Blue Jays, knocking singles in the third, fifth, and eighth inning. He was stranded each time as the Guardians failed to bring a run in to score against Toronto. The 26-year-old outfielder has been a hitting machine, slashing .386/.447/.538 with four homers, 39 runs scored, and three steals across 191 plate appearances. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:38 pm

  • Andrew Benintendi reaches three times in loss
Andrew Benintendi went 2-for-2 with a walk in a loss to the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Advice: He also scored a run. One of Benintendi’s hits was a double, and it sadly improves his slash to .204/.245/.296 as he’s been one of the worst hitters over the first two and a half months of the season. Rotoworld Friday, 9:15 pm
  • Alec Bohm delivers decisive two-run double
Alec Bohm went 3-for-5 with double and two RBI on Friday in the Phillies’ dramatic 5-3 win over the Orioles.

Advice: Bohm’s eleventh inning double put a stamp on what was maybe the game of the year so far with the Orioles and Phillies going back and forth all night with a long rain delay in between. It was his third hit of the night and second batted ball over 100 MPH. He continues to be a force in the middle of the Phillies’ lineup. Rotoworld Friday, 8:53 pm

  • Jose Altuve doubles twice as Astros defeat Tigers
Jose Altuve went 2-for-3 with a pair of doubles and a run scored on Friday evening, helping to lead the Astros past the Tigers.

Advice: Altuve got a rally started with a leadoff double off of Tarik Skubal to begin the sixth inning. He then scored the game’s first run on Alex Bregman’s ensuing RBI triple. Altuve also drew a walk in the ballgame, reaching base safely in three of his four plate appearances. With his two-hit attack, the 34-year-old second baseman is now slashing an outstanding .298/.349/.453 to go along with 10 homers, 26 RBI and nine stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Friday, 8:09 pm

  • Sitting Thursday
Bohm isn't in the Phillies' lineup for Thursday's game against Boston.

Advice: Bohm will get a breather Thursday after going 3-for-19 with two RBI in his last five games, allowing Whit Merrifield to start at the hot corner while batting seventh. Rotowire.com Thursday, 1:06 pm

  • Tapped for start Sunday
Waldrep will make his next start Sunday against the Rays in Atlanta, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Advice: Atlanta had held off from listing Waldrep among its probable pitchers following his MLB debut this past weekend against the Nationals, but the fact that the rookie wasn't immediately demoted following his first start always suggested that he was sticking around in the big-league rotation. Waldrep was touched up for seven runs while striking out only one over 3.2 innings against the Nationals, but he had cruised through the first three frames before unraveling in the fourth. Though Waldrep displayed plenty of upside during stops with Double-A Mississippi and Triple-A Gwinnett earlier this season, he'll still carry plenty of risk as a fantasy option Sunday, even in a favorable matchup at home.
