    • Two hits, two steals in win
Mullins went 2-for-5 with one RBI, two runs scored and two stolen bases in 7-6 win over the Yankees on Wednesday.

Advice: Mullins singled, stole second base and scored on a Ramon Urias home run in the fifth inning. He then took over in the 10th frame, hitting an RBI single, stealing third and scoring on an errant throw. Mullins saw a five-game hitting streak come to an end Tuesday but responded with a big game that included his first RBI in the month of June. While his .193 batting average is obviously disappointing, Mullins has still managed to accumulate six home runs and 15 steals over 224 plate appearances in 2024. Rotowire.com 50 minutes ago

    • Miguel Andujar collects three hits as A’s top Royals
Miguel Andujar went 3-for-5 with one RBI and a run scored in the A’s 5-1 win over the Royals on Wednesday.

Advice: Andujar remains red-hot at the plate, with his sixth multi-hit game in 10 days. He knocked a base hit in the first inning, then drove in a run with a single in the third. Andujar reached for a third time with a single in the seventh and cross home plate to score on a base hit by Tyler Nevin. The 29-year-old outfielder is slashing .330/.340/.440 with two homers and 14 RBI across 94 plate appearances. Rotoworld 57 minutes ago

    • Homers, drives in four in loss
Stanton went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in a 7-6 loss to the Orioles on Wednesday.

Advice: Stanton did his best to provide some late-game heroics, crushing a three-run homer in the seventh inning and tying the game on an RBI single in the ninth. Stanton extended his hitting streak to seven games and is now hitting .300 with five home runs and 16 RBI in 60 June at-bats. He is enjoying a nice bounceback season and owns a .243/.301/.494 slash with 18 home runs and 45 RBI over 272 plate appearances. Rotowire.com 57 minutes ago

    • Zack Gelof homers in win over Royals
Zack Gelof went 1-for-4 with a solo homer against the Royals on Wednesday.

Advice: Gelof’s only hit of the day left the yard as he took Dan Altavilla deep for a solo shot in the eighth inning to extend the Oakland lead. It was Geldof’s second homer in as many days. The 24-year-old second baseman is hitting .196/.250/.348 with seven homers, 21 runs scored, 19 RBI, and eight steals across 222 plate appearances. Rotoworld 58 minutes ago

    • Bobby Witt Jr. drives in Royals only run in loss
Bobby Witt Jr. went 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI against the A’s on Wednesday.

Advice: After knocking a base hit in the first inning, Witt Jr. drove in the only run of the game for the Royals with a double in the fifth to plate Nelson Velázquez. The 24-year-old shortstop has been one of the top fantasy producers, slashing .323/.372/.545 with 11 homers, 59 runs scored, 52 RBI, and 21 steals across 333 plate appearances. • Luis Medina holds Royals to one run in win
Luis Medina allowed one run with three strikeouts over 5 2/3 innings in a win over the Royals on Wednesday.

Advice: Medina put together a solid start against the Royals, holding them to one run into the sixth inning. He tossed four scoreless frames before Bobby Witt Jr. brought a run in to score on a double in the fifth. Medina recorded the first two outs in the sixth and exit with one runner on base. He struck out three. The 25-year-old right-hander ends the day with a 4.71 ERA, 1.48 WHIP, and a 13/10 K/BB ratio across 21 innings. He’ll take on the Angels in Anaheim on Monday. • Cole Ragans strikes out seven in loss to A’s
Cole Ragans allowed two runs with seven strikeouts over six innings in a loss to the Athletics on Wednesday.

Advice: Ragans worked around three hits through two scoreless innings before the A’s brought a pair of runs in to score on two walks and two singles in the third. Ragans settled in to toss three more scoreless innings, striking out seven before his day was done. He’d take the loss as the Royals could score just one run in the contest. The 26-year-old left-hander will take a 3.13 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and a 109/30 K/BB ratio across 92 innings into a start against the Marlins in Kansas City on Monday. Rotoworld Today, 9:22 pm

    • Secures 15th save
Megill struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Wednesday's 2-0 win over the Angels.

Advice: Megill needed just seven pitches (six strikes) against the middle of the Angels' order to close out this contest. He's pitched four of the last five days, but he's thrown just 12 pitches over his last two outings. He's now 15-for-16 in save chances with a 2.01 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 27:7 K:BB through 22.1 innings this season. If Megill is unavailable for Thursday's series opener versus the Padres due to his recent workload, a potential save chance would likely go to Joel Payamps or Hoby Milner. Rotowire.com Today, 9:19 pm
    • Exits with trainer
Altavilla was removed from Wednesday's game against the Athletics due to a back injury, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Altavilla seemed to be grabbing at his right side after throwing a pitch in the eighth inning of Wednesday's contest, but manager Matt Quatraro said after the game that the issue was with Altavilla's back. The right-hander will be checked out by a doctor Thursday, at which point the Royals will know more regarding the severity of his injury. Rotowire.com Today, 9:15 pm
