    • Heliot Ramos stays hot with homer vs. Rangers
Heliot Ramos went 2-for-4 with a home run, double, and three RBI to power the Giants to a 3-1 win over the Rangers on Saturday.

Advice: Ramos has been on an absolute tear at the plate. He drove in all three runs for the Giants on Saturday, starting with a double in the first inning. He then took Andrew Heaney deep for a two-run homer in the third, his fourth home run in his last six games. The 24-year-old outfielder is slashing .327/.419/.554 with six homers and 23 RBI across 117 plate appearances. Rotoworld Saturday, 3:50 pm
    • Stays hot in win
Ramos went 3-for-5 with one RBI in Friday's 5-2 win over the Rangers.

Advice: Ramos logged multiple hits for the fourth time in the last five games. This was also his third time leading off in that span, and the first time he's been atop the order against a right-handed pitcher (Michael Lorenzen). Ramos is slashing .320/.416/.515 with five home runs, 20 RBI, 12 runs scored and one stolen base over 27 contests. As long as he's swinging a hot bat, it makes sense to have him at leadoff, especially since he's displayed improved plate discipline with a 13.2 percent walk rate this year. • Pops homer, scores three times
Sheets went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, three runs scored and two walks in Friday's win over the Red Sox.

Advice: Sheets walked and scored in the fourth and eighth innings Friday, sandwiched around his solo shot in the sixth. He was recently stuck in a 33-game skid without a home run, but he's gone deep three times over his last 10 games. He bumped his season slash line up to .235/.341/.417 with 21 extra-base hits and 19 runs scored through 220 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Friday, 8:57 pm

    • Gavin Sheets homers, scores three runs in win
Gavin Sheets homered, walked twice and scored three runs Friday against the Red Sox.

Advice: Major league players had scored three runs in a game 159 times this season coming into the night, but this is the first time a White Sox player had done so. It’s also the first time Sheets has reached the mark in his 354 career games. It actually puts him at exactly 100 runs scored for his career. He’s been perfectly solid in hitting .235/.341/.417 for the White Sox. It’s just a mistake to ever ask him to play the outfield, something that will again become an issue once Eloy Jiménez gets healthy. Rotoworld Friday, 8:30 pm

    • Gets on base six times
Ramos went 2-for-2 with a two-run home run, four walks and a second run scored in Wednesday's 9-3 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Getting on base six times will do wonders for the slash line, and Ramos' is at .304/.407/.511 after Wednesday's stellar performance. He has multiple hits in three of his last four contests and multiple walks in each of the last two games. The outfielder didn't have much of a track record in the majors over the last two years, but he's made the most of his opportunity in 2024 with five homers, 19 RBI, 12 runs scored and a stolen base through 108 plate appearances. Ramos has earned a starting role in the corner outfield, effectively bumping Mike Yastrzemski over to center field to platoon with Austin Slater. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:49 pm
    • Heliot Ramos homers, Giants demolish D-backs
Heliot Ramos went 2-for-2 with a two-run homer and also walked four times on Wednesday, powering the Giants to a 9-3 blowout victory over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Ramos served as San Francisco’s primary offensive catalyst on Wednesday afternoon at Chase Field, sparking a six-run outburst in the third inning with a colossal 424-foot moonshot off Diamondbacks starter Jordan Montgomery. It was his fifth round-tripper of the season. The 24-year-old outfielder wound up reaching base safely in all six of his plate appearances in this one to raise his triple-slash line to a robust .304/.407/.511 with five homers, 19 RBI and one steal across 26 games. He’s outlasted fellow youngster Luis Matos for an everyday role at the highest level and is looking like a nice find for fantasy managers off the waiver wire. Rotoworld Wednesday, 5:14 pm
