    • Rehab games could come this week
White Sox manager Pedro Grifol said Monday that Robert (hip) could begin playing in games with the team's rookie-level Arizona Complex League affiliate later this week, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

Advice: The White Sox are aiming for Robert to be able to run at 90 percent effort in the coming days. If that happens, Robert is expected to be cleared for Complex League games. The 26-year-old presumably would eventually move up to a higher-level affiliate to continue his rehab. Robert has been out since early April with a Grade 2 right hip flexor strain but should return from the 10-day injured list before the end of the month if all goes well. • Luis Robert Jr. could play rehab games this week
The White Sox are hoping to get Luis Robert Jr. (hip) into rehab games later this week.

Advice: Robert still isn’t running at full strength, but the White Sox insist on being aggressive with injuries, no matter how often it’s come back to bite them. It doesn’t seem likely that Robert will spend much time on a rehab assignment, so he might back to contribute in fantasy leagues next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:18 pm

    • Grabs win after Mets walk off
Diaz (1-1) secured the win over Alanta on Sunday, tossing a perfect ninth frame while striking out a batter.

Advice: Diaz entered to begin the ninth with the Mets trailing 3-2 and wound up with the win thanks to a Brandon Nimmo two-run walk off homer in the bottom of the inning. He's bounced back with a save and a win in his last two outings after allowing three runs in his previous four innings. He's also struck out at least one batter in all 15 of his appearances thus far. For the year, Diaz owns a 2.30 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 23:4 K:BB in 15.2 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:54 am

    • Working through mechanical issues
Senga (shoulder) won't face hitters again until he works through some mechanical issues, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The right-hander threw 32 pitches in a live bullpen session last weekend, but he apparently wasn't satisfied with how it went. Senga will take a step back in his throwing program and go back to more controlled bullpen sessions without hitters involved until he's sure he won't be developing any bad habits as he progresses in his rehab from a shoulder strain. While the caution is smart in the long run, the hiccup will almost certainly ensure that Senga won't be ready to join the Mets rotation when he's first eligible to come off the 60-day injured list in late May. • Nearing rehab stint
Jones (back) will join Triple-A Albuquerque on Tuesday but will not immediately begin a rehab assignment, MLB.com reports.

Advice: Jones is traveling to Albuquerque with Kris Bryant (back), but he's behind his teammate in his recovery process. He'll continue to ramp up his activity prior to appearing in games, but the Rockies hope he'll be ready to return from the 10-day injured list by late May. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:14 am

    • Records ninth steal
Garcia went 1-for-5 with a stolen base in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Angels.

Advice: Garcia has hit safely in eight of 11 games in May, going 12-for-47 (.255) with four doubles, four RBI and five runs scored. His steal Sunday was his first of the month and his ninth of the season, and he's yet to be caught stealing. The third baseman is slashing .238/.290/.375 with four home runs, 24 RBI and 20 runs scored over 184 plate appearances. While Garcia hasn't profiled as an ideal leadoff hitter, he's done enough to keep that spot through the first quarter of the campaign in a fairly strong lineup. Rotowire.com Sunday, 7:52 pm

    • Swipes two bags in loss
Stott went 2-for-2 with three walks, two stolen bases and a run scored in Sunday's 7-6 extra-inning loss to the Marlins.

Advice: Stott found a way to get on base in each of his plate appearances Sunday while also swiping two bags in the loss. He has recorded 10 stolen bases on the season while getting caught only once. Stott has notched at least one hit in eight out of his last nine contests, batting .414 with four extra-base hits, nine RBI, nine runs scored and five stolen bases over that stretch. • Mookie Betts collects two hits in loss to Padres
Mookie Betts went 2-for-4 with a double as the Dodgers were shut out by the Padres on Sunday afternoon in San Diego.

Advice: As a team, the Dodgers tallied just four hits in the contest, with Betts accounting for half of them on his own — including their lone extra-base knock. He smacked a one-out double off of Yu Darvish in the sixth inning but was left stranded there. He then singled off of Wandy Peralta with two outs in the eighth inning. The 31-year-old superstar is having another extraordinary season at the dish — slashing .339/.441/.539 with six homers, 27 RBI and eight stolen bases. Rotoworld Sunday, 5:36 pm

    • Stott has two hits, two steals in loss to Marlins
Bryson Stott went 2-for-2 with a double, two steals, and three walks in a loss to the Marlins on Sunday.

Advice: Neither of Stott’s hits were hit particularly hard, but he didn’t record a single out in five trips to the plate so nobody is mad about that. He’s been consistently hitting fifth in the order and is now batting .270/.370/.436 on the season with 10 steals. He’s been very useful to fantasy managers. Rotoworld Sunday, 2:19 pm
