    • Taking seat Tuesday
Garcia is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Mets, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Advice: Garcia started the previous four games but will sit Tuesday as lefty David Peterson takes the mound for the Mets. Ildemaro Vargas will start at the keystone and bat fifth. Rotowire.com Today, 12:52 pm
    • Carlos Estévez perfect in ninth for save
Carlos Estévez threw a perfect ninth with a one-run lead for a save Monday against the Padres.

Advice: Following a pretty dreadful run in mid-May, Estévez has worked perfect innings in his last two appearances. Unfortunately, those were his only two appearances in the last 13 days, as the Angels simply aren’t a very good team right now. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:19 pm
    • Notches ninth save
Estevez struck out one batter in a perfect ninth inning and earned a save over the Padres on Monday.

Advice: Estevez needed only 10 pitches to quickly finish off the 2-1 victory. He's given up one earned run over his last 6.1 innings, lowering his season ERA to 4.50 through 18 frames. Estevez has converted three straight save chances and is now nine for 12 in those situations this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:07 pm
    • Goes deep, swipes bag
Machado went 1-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks and a stolen base in Monday's loss to the Angels.

Advice: Machado's solo shot in the first inning was the lone run for the Padres in Monday's loss. He was intentionally walked twice and also stole his fourth base of the year. The long ball snapped a brutal 26-game drought since his last homer May 3; during that cold streak, he posted a .591 OPS. Machado is now slashing .242/.307/.372 with 17 extra-base hits and 32 RBI through 244 plate appearances this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:04 pm

    • Homers in loss
Semien went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in a 2-1 loss to the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: Semien opened the scoring with a leadoff homer off Tarik Skubal and added a single and a walk in the third and fifth innings. The homer was Semien's first since May 17, and he has now reached base in 10 of his 14 June plate appearances. On the season, Semien is slashing .263/.322/.445 with 10 homers, 35 RBI, and 43 runs scored in 270 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:09 pm

    • Semien hits leadoff home run Monday
Marcus Semien went 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run against the Tigers on Monday.

Advice: The home run was Semien’s 10th of the season. He only has one stolen base on the year, but with 43 runs and 35 RBI he’s continued to be one of the most consistent players in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:39 pm

    • Notches 10th save
Alvarado picked up the save in Monday's 3-1 win over Milwaukee, striking out one batter in a scoreless ninth inning. He did not allow a baserunner.

Advice: Alvarado picked up his 10th save of the season, his first since May 21. The southpaw blew his first save of the season May 24 in Coors Field, but he has otherwise pitched well since his last save, recording a 1.50 ERA with six strikeouts and two holds over six innings of work. • José Alvarado silences Brewers to net 10th save
José Alvarado fired a flawless ninth inning on Monday against the Brewers to collect his 10th save of the season.

Advice: Alvardo got the call to protect a two-run lead in the final frame after Jeff Hoffman worked a flawless eighth inning and needed just 10 pitches (seven strikes) to notch his first save since May 21. There isn’t a ton of clarity regarding the pecking order for Phillies manager Rob Thomson, but it appears Hoffman and Alvarado will continue splitting save opportunities depending on matchups. • Works into seventh
Bello did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing four runs on eight hits and three walks over 6.1 innings. He struck out five.

Advice: Bello cruised through the first four in allowing only two baserunners and finished the sixth inning in line for a quality start and the win. For the first time all year, Bello was called upon to go back out for the seventh, but after recording one out, he allowed the next two runners to reach base prior to being pulled, with both runners eventually coming around to score, adversely impacting his final line. It was only the second time this year that Bello has not been involved in the decision. His next opportunity to take the hill will likely come next weekend when Boston travels to Chicago to take on the White Sox. Rotowire.com Sunday, 6:06 pm
