      Advice: The rookie right-hander was deployed as the back half of a tandem with Bryan Hoeing, who came off the IL on Friday and took the loss during a game in which Miami never led. Munoz's control remains an issue, and he's walked multiple batters in seven of his nine big-league appearances so far, leading to a 5.48 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 40:24 K:BB over 44.1 innings. It's not clear how the Marlins plan to use Munoz from here, but if he remains on turn he would next take the mound on the road next week in Houston, either as a starter or bulk reliever.       Advice: Gonzalez's fifth-inning homer was all the offense Boston mustered over the first eight innings before its late-game comeback. The utility infielder has mostly worked as a pinch hitter and fill-in at all four infield positions. Gonzalez is 9-for-26 (.346) with three steals, two doubles, a home run, four RBI and three additional runs over 14 games since being activated off the injured list in mid-June.       Advice: Making his first MLB appearance since May 6, Meadows promptly blasted his third home run of the season. The 24-year-old scuffled in his first stint with the Tigers this year, batting just .096 across 32 games before getting demoted. The team is hoping his time in the minors corrected some issues, and Meadows should get plenty of opportunities in center field moving forward, particularly due to his strong defense.       Advice: Andujar tied the game at 1-1 with a solo homer in the first inning. The former Yankee prodigy has gone deep three times while driving in 16 runs over his 144 at-bats while slashing .292/.318/.403.       Advice: Raley gave Seattle a 2-0 lead with a two-run double off Kevin Gausman. The first-year Mariner has nine doubles on the season while driving home 25 runs.       Advice: Altuve made an early exit from Friday's game in the eighth inning after taking a pitch off his hand, but he managed to escape the incident with only a bruise. It's possible he sits out a game or two in order to give his hand a chance to properly recover, but an extended absence isn't likely.       Jose Altuve was removed from Friday night’s battle against the Twins after being hit by a pitch on his left hand.

      Advice: Altuve was clipped by a 94.3 mph sinker from Josh Winder. The 34-year-old superstar second baseman was grimacing and looked to be in obvious pain on the field. He’ll head for X-rays to see if he’s dealing with any fractures. The Astros should have an update on his status after that imaging is complete.       Advice: Meadows opened the scoring in the contest in his first at-bat of the night, blasting a 410-foot (105.2 mph EV) solo shot off of Carson Spiers to lead off the third inning. The 24-year-old outfielder finished the night 1-for-4 with a strikeout. While some fantasy managers are salivating over the tools, keep in mind that Meadows is slashing just .104/.225/.260 with three homers, four RBI and three swipes in 89 plate appearances at the big-league level this season.
