    • Landford has two hits, grand slam in win Saturday
Wyatt Langford went 2-for-4 with a grand slam against the Royals on Saturday.

Advice: Langford’s home run was just his third of the year, but he’s been heating up at the plate lately. Since returning from the injured list, he’s 23-for-77 (.298) with two home runs and 19 RBI in 21 games. Langford still has plenty of time over the rest of the season to live up to the lofty preseason expectations. Rotoworld Today, 3:41 pm

    • Bailey Ober hurls complete game with 10 strikeouts
Bailey Ober threw all nine innings while allowing just two runs with 10 strikeouts in a 10-2 rout for the Twins over the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Ober gave up a pair of solo homers, and outside of those roundtrippers the 28-year-old was brilliant. He didn’t walk anyone, and even with 10 strikeouts, the right-hander needed only 89 pitches for the complete game. The A’s offense is ever-so-beatable, but credit Ober for another fantastic pitching performance against Oakland. He’s lined up to face the Mariners in Seattle on Friday. Rotoworld Today, 3:41 pm
    • Eflin goes seven, allows four in loss to Pirates
Zach Eflin allowed four runs in seven innings and got the loss against the Pirates on Saturday.

Advice: Eflin gave up five hits, walked one and struck out six. This was the longest of Eflin’s four starts since coming off the injured list and his second start in a row with at least six strikeouts. His ERA on the season is now 4.20. It’s safe to say Eflin hasn’t been able to repeat his breakout season last year when he won 16 games with a 3.50 ERA. The 30-year-old right-hander is set to face the Nationals at home next weekend.

    • Zach Eflin gives up four over seven against PIT
Zach Eflin gave up four runs in seven innings while being charged with a loss Saturday to the Pirates.

Advice: Eflin struck out six while issuing one walk. The 30-year-old right-hander gave up a long homer to Oneil Cruz in the first, and then gave up three runs in the third before settling down nicely. It was far from an abhorrent start, but Jared Jones was the better starter Saturday afternoon. Eflin now has a 4.20 ERA and (much more impressive) 63/6 K/BB through his 81 1/3 innings. • Not starting Saturday
Paredes is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Pirates.

Advice: Paredes will get a rest Saturday after going 1-for-5 with two strikeouts in Friday's 10-3 win over Pittsburgh. Amed Rosario will start at third base and bat fifth against Pirates right-hander Jared Jones. Rotowire.com Today, 12:51 pm

    • Sitting again Saturday
Velazquez is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Texas.

Advice: Velazquez will be out of the lineup Saturday for the third straight game. The lefty-hitting Vinnie Pasquantino will serve as the designated hitter and bat third against Rangers right-hander Jon Gray. Rotowire.com Today, 11:08 am
    • Max Kepler (neck) not in Saturday’s lineup vs. A’s
Max Kepler (neck) remains out of the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Athletics.

Advice: Kepler will sit out his second straight contest on Saturday afternoon due to neck spasms, but there’s no indication that he’s looking at a trip to the injured list. The 31-year-old corner outfielder’s neck locked up on him during the early stages of Thursday’s game against the Rays and he’s probably going to need a couple days off to rest. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Today, 10:45 am

    • Drives in two in win
Langford went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI in Friday's 6-2 win over Kansas City.

Advice: Langford continues to deliver for the Rangers during the month of June. The rookie outfielder, who has 11 RBI over the last 11 games, is batting .302/.353/.476 in 17 games this month. Rotowire.com Today, 6:33 am

    • Goes yard twice in Pittsburgh
Lowe went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Friday's 10-3 win over the Pirates.

Advice: The 26-year-old outfielder touched up Luis Ortiz for both his long balls, hooking a third-inning slider out to right field for a solo shot before lofting a fastball to left-center in the sixth for a three-run blast. Lowe has five homers on the season in 27 games, with three of them coming in the last four contests. If he can stay healthy, he seems poised for a big surge heading into the All-Star break.
