    • Smacks fifth homer
Abrams went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's win over the Dodgers.

Advice: He drove the second big-league pitch of Landon Knack's career over the fence in right-center field, giving the Nats all the offense they would need as Jake Irvin and the bullpen combined for a shutout. Abrams launched a career-high 18 homers in 2023 but is well ahead of that pace to begin this season, slashing .295/.358/.656 with five home runs, three steals, 10 runs and 11 RBI in 15 games. • Picks up first steal of 2024
Alvarez went 1-for-4 with a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's win over the Pirates.

Advice: The 22-year-old doesn't run much, but he's never been caught stealing in the majors, going 3-for-3 in 143 MLB games. Alvarez is struggling to get going at the plate this year, slashing .241/.293/.370 through 15 games with a homer, a steal, seven runs and eight RBI, but he remains locked in as the Mets' near-everyday catcher. • Rare day off Thursday
Arozarena is absent from the lineup for Thursday's contest versus the Angels.

Advice: Arozarena will get just his second day off this season while he's stuck in a 2-for-23 rut at the plate that has dropped his slash line to .174/.240/.275 for the season. While Arozarena rests, Harold Ramirez will pick up a start in left field. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:57 am
    • Stays aggressive on basepaths
Arozarena went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a stolen base Wednesday against the Angels.

Advice: Arozarena hasn't had a good start at the plate, as he's hitting just .174 with two home runs across 75 plate appearances. When he has gotten on base, however, he's taken advantage as he's managed four stolen bases without being caught. Arozarena is also striking out at a fairly typical 25.3 percent clip, so there's not a significant reason to panic about his performance yet. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 10:34 pm
    • Continues hot streak
Turner went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Wednesday's 7-6 win over Colorado.

Advice: Turner went back-to-back with Kyle Schwarber in the first inning for solo home runs off Ryan Feltner, marking the shortstop's second long ball of 2024. He's been on a tear during the Phillies' last two series, going 12-for-29 (.413) at the plate with six extra-base hits and seven runs scored over seven games. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 6:53 pm

    • Nails third save
Alvarado picked up the save Wednesday, allowing one hit and no walks with one strikeout over a scoreless inning against Colorado.

Advice: After keeping the Rockies off the scoreboard in the ninth inning Wednesday, Alvarado has now turned in eight straight scoreless appearances (7.2 innings) since his nightmare five-run 2024 debut. While it'll still take some time to get Alvarado's ERA down to an acceptable number, fantasy managers can take solace in knowing that Alvarado has looked like himself since turning the page on his March 29 outing. • Trea Turner a triple short of a cycle Wednesday
Trea Turner went 3-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored on Wednesday against the Rockies.

Advice: Turner followed Kyle Schwarber’s first-inning leadoff homer with one of his own, taking Ryan Feltner deep for his second home run of the season. He added a base hit in the second inning and doubled to lead off the fifth before scoring on a groundout. The 30-year-old shortstop is slashing .333/.390/.493 with the pair of homers, four steals, and 12 runs scored across 82 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 6:08 pm

    • José Alvarado locks down third save on Wednesday
José Alvarado tossed a scoreless ninth inning with one strikeout to record a save against the Rockies on Wednesday.

Advice: After the Rockies plated five runs in the eighth to make it a one-run game, Alvarado got the call in the ninth to close it out. He worked around a hit, striking out one batter to lock down his third save of the season. Alvarado has worked in a matchup-based committee, splitting save chances with Jeff Hoffman in the ninth inning. It’ll cap his saves total, but he’s still the best reliever to roster on the team. • Aaron Judge delivers go-ahead hit vs. Blue Jays
Aaron Judge delivered a go-ahead two-run single in the ninth inning on Wednesday, leading the Yankees to a 6-4 comeback victory over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Judge stepped to the plate to face Blue Jays lefty Tim Mayza with two outs in the ninth inning of a tie ballgame, and wound up coming through with an infield single down the left-field line that scored two runs on the play, putting New York ahead for good in this one. The 31-year-old former AL MVP’s ice-cold start at the dish has been well-documented so far, so he certainly needed a moment like this in a big spot. It was his lone hit in five at-bats, but Judge certainly came through when it mattered most. Rotoworld Wednesday, 3:35 pm
