      Advice: Correa played a massive role in winning Game 1 -- he opened the scoring with a two-run homer in the first inning and added a solo shot in the fourth. He was steady again in Game 2, though without the same level of power on display. The shortstop has eight multi-hit efforts over his last 11 contests, going a stunning 24-for-47 (.511) in that span. He was hitting .247 the game before the surge started, but he's up to .308 now with an .878 OPS, eight homers, 35 RBI, 34 runs scored and no stolen bases through 54 contests this season.       Burnes (8-2) earned the victory Sunday, allowing two runs on seven hits and two walks over six innings against the Phillies. He struck out seven.

      Advice: Burnes matched a season high by allowing nine baserunners, but it didn't matter as he limited the damage, allowing only two runs over six innings as the Orioles provided him with eight runs of support. Burnes has still yet to allow more than three earned runs in any start this season, and he's allowed two or fewer runs 12 times in 15 games. He also notched his 10th consecutive quality start Sunday. Burnes will carry a 2.14 ERA and 1.04 WHIP into his next start, currently scheduled to take place when the Orioles travel to Houston to take on the Astros next weekend.       Ronel Blanco delivered a dazzling performance in Sunday afternoon’s victory over the Tigers, firing seven innings of no-hit baseball.

      Advice: The 30-year-old hurler racked up eight strikeouts in the contest while issuing three free passes. He carried a bid for a perfect game into the fifth inning where he issued a two-out walk to Gio Urshela. He then walked Akil Baddoo and Carson Kelly to load the bases before getting Zack McKinstry to fly out to end the threat. Those would be the Tigers’ only base runners against him. Blanco got 15 swings and misses on 94 pitches on the day — eight of those on his changeup — while registering an elite CSW of 41 percent. Lindor has been on a steady climb for about a month now with an average of .303 over his last 25 games.
