    Advice: Ramirez reached on a fielder's choice in the fifth inning and picked up his first steal of the campaign on his first attempt. The third baseman isn't the fastest player, but he tends to be opportunistic on the basepaths. He has at least 20 steals in each of the last five full campaigns, including going 28-for-34 on his stolen base attempts in 2023.     Advice: Martinez is off to a hot start so far, batting .305 (18-for-59) with three homers and 11 RBI through 15 games. Perhaps the most impressive element of his early-season performance is that he’s cut back on the strikeouts, fanning just 13 times in 64 plate appearances.     Advice: Pereira struggled last year in a brief 14-game cameo with the Yankees, but has always flashed some big-time power upside. The 23-year-old outfielder still needs to curb his propensity to swing and miss if he’s going to make an impact at the highest level.
