    • Francisco Lindor goes 4-for-4 with homer and steal
Francisco Lindor went 4-for-4 with a homer, two RBI and a stolen base in a 3-2 win Thursday over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Fantasy managers have to be thrilled seeing this one, as Lindor has been a massive disappointment a third of the way through 2024. The homer is the ninth of the season, and the stolen base gives the 30-year-old seven swipes through 2024. Lindor has gotten off to poor starts before only to finish hot, and there’s reason to believe that can happen again. It doesn’t make the previous two months any less frustrating, however. • Produces team's lone run Wednesday
Kim went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in a loss to Miami on Wednesday.

Advice: Kim's third-inning solo shot was the only run San Diego managed against Braxton Garrett and four Marlins relievers. The long ball was Kim's seventh through 231 plate appearances this season, putting him on pace to surpass last year's career-best total of 17 homers. The shortstop has added 13 stolen bases but has otherwise struggled with a .214/.326/.367 slash line. Rotowire.com Thursday, 10:47 am

    • Aiming to return Tuesday
Rays manager Kevin Cash said Thursday that Lowe (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Durham this weekend and hopes to be activated from the 10-day injured list Tuesday versus the Marlins, Ryan Bass of Bally Sports Sun reports.

Advice: Last week, Lowe made his second trip to the IL this season with a right oblique strain. The strain was deemed mild, allowing him to resume baseball activities ahead of this weekend's rehab assignment. If Lowe does indeed return Tuesday, he will have missed just a little more than the minimum 10 days. Rotowire.com Thursday, 8:23 am

    • Josh Lowe could return to Rays lineup on Tuesday
Josh Lowe (oblique) will play for Triple-A Durham this weekend as he nears a return.

Advice: The plan is for Lowe to play all weekend with Durham and, if all feels good, he could return to the Tampa Bay lineup on Tuesday against the Marlins. Lowe has now had three setbacks this season with his oblique, but the last imaging he had showed no major issues and both he and the Rays have expressed optimism that he will return next week. • Sitting after three straight starts
Chourio is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Cubs.

Advice: Chourio had started each of the previous three games, but two of those starts came while the Cubs sent left-handers Justin Steele and Shota Imanaga to the mound. The rookie outfielder will hit the bench Thursday against right-hander Jameson Taillon and still looks to be stuck in a short-side platoon role in the corner outfield with Sal Frelick. • Jackson Chourio is on the bench on Thursday
Jackson Chourio is not in the starting lineup on Thursday against the Cubs.

Advice: It’s most likely just a typical rest day for Chourio. The rookie’s overall slash line is not impressive, but there are some signs of life. His seven steals and five home runs have been a help to fantasy managers and he cut his strikeout rate from 32 percent in April to just 19 percent in May. The hits are not coming and the groundball rate continues to rise, but it’s good to see the 20-year-old making more consistent contact. Rotoworld Thursday, 7:38 am

    • Ends power drought
Yelich went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Yelich's last homer was was April 10. He dealt with a back injury that kept him out of the lineup for nearly a month, and his power was the last part of his game to return. The outfielder has gone 20-for-69 (.290) over 18 contests since he returned from the injured list, though he's logged just six extra-base hits in that span. For the season, Yelich is slashing .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, 19 runs scored, seven stolen bases, four doubles and two triples over 29 contests. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:44 pm
    • Reaches 10-homer mark
Perez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, an RBI double and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 6-1 win over the Twins.

Advice: Perez has hit safely in five straight games, going 6-for-21 (.286) in that span. The homer was his first since May 20 and his 10th of the year. He also crossed the 40-RBI mark Wednesday, getting him past halfway to matching his total of 80 RBI over 140 contests last year. The catcher is slashing .325/.386/.537 through 55 games in 2024. • Christian Yelich homers, drives in three Wednesday
Christian Yelich went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, three RBI, and two runs scored on Wednesday against the Cubs.

Advice: After going hitless in his last two games, Yelich put the Brewers on the board in the first inning with a two-run blast off Shota Imanaga. It was the first extra-base hit Imanaga has allowed to a left-handed batter. Yelich later knocked a base hit in the third and scored on a double by Gary Sánchez. The 29-year-old outfielder is hitting an outstanding .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, and seven steals across 124 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:20 pm
