    • Takes seat against southpaw
Muncy is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Nationals.

Advice: With the Dodgers and Nationals concluding their series with a day game after a night game and with southpaw MacKenzie Gore on the bump for Washington, Muncy is one of three lefty-hitting regulars who will get the afternoon off. Muncy will be joined on the bench by Gavin Lux and James Outman. Rotowire.com Today, 10:57 am

    • Swipes two bags in win
Witt went 1-for-3 with a walk, one RBI, two stolen bases and one run scored in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Witt's RBI single in the fifth inning produced the decisive run in the contest. He's gone 7-for-20 (.350) with three RBI and three steals over his last five games. He continues to hit well out of the No. 2 spot in the order, slashing .317/.367/.574 with four home runs, seven steals, 11 RBI, 21 runs scored, eight doubles and three triples over 109 plate appearances. Witt's success has been a driving force behind the Royals' impressive 15-10 start to the campaign. Rotowire.com Today, 9:55 am
    • Getting breather
O'Neill is absent from the lineup for Thursday's contest in Cleveland.

Advice: O'Neill is getting a scheduled day off after starting in both of the last two games upon returning from the 7-day injured list for a concussion. Rob Refsnyder will get the call in left field and hit third Thursday while O'Neill rests. Rotowire.com Today, 8:16 am
    • Collects ninth steal
Caballero went 1-for-3 with a run scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Wednesday's 7-5 win over the Tigers.

Advice: The shortstop continues to make an impact on the basepaths. Caballero has gone 4-for-4 on steal attempts over the last six games, and on the season he sports a .272/.302/.432 slash line with two homers, nine stolen bases, 11 runs and 11 RBI in 23 contests. Rotowire.com Today, 7:32 am
    • Homers in loss
Reynolds went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and a walk in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Reynolds got the Pirates on the board in the third inning with a two-run shot off Bryse Wilson, Pittsburgh's only two runs in the eventual defeat. It's the third homer of the year for Reynolds and his first extra-base hit in 13 games. The switch-hitting outfielder is now slashing .263/.386/.411 with 15 RBI, nine runs scored and a pair of stolen bases through 25 games this season. Rotowire.com Today, 7:14 am

    • Goes five innings in no-decision
Lodolo didn't factor into the decision Wednesday, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks over five innings. He struck out four.

Advice: After allowing just one run through his first two starts of the year, Lodolo struggled a bit Monday though he'd ultimately put together a respectable effort against a potent Philadelphia offense as the Reds rallied for a comeback win. Overall, the 26-year-old southpaw is 2-0 with a 2.12 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 20:4 K:BB across 17 innings. Lodolo's currently slated to face the Padres on the road in his next outing. • Raisel Iglesias allows two runs in rare meltdown
Raisel Iglesias was charged with two runs (one earned) in the ninth inning on Wednesday and was saddled with a blown save against the Marlins.

Advice: Iglesias was called upon to guard a two-run lead and was unable to preserve the victory after three straight singles and a fielding error by first baseman Matt Olson allowed a pair of runs to cross the plate. The veteran stopper deserves credit for getting the contest to extra innings by retiring ensuing batters Jesús Sánchez, Tim Anderson and Nick Gordon to stand the potential go-ahead run at third base. It was his first blown save in eight opportunities this season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:31 pm
    • First blown save
Iglesias blew the save Wednesday against the Marlins, allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and no walks across one inning. He struck out one.

Advice: Iglesias was given two runs of cushion in the ninth but allowed three consecutive singles to open up the frame. With the bases loaded and no outs, a hard-hit groundball by Josh Bell ricocheted off Matt Olson into Atlanta's dugout, allowing two runs to score. The outing snapped Iglesias's streak of seven straight appearances with a save and it was just his second outing allowing a run in 10 appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:26 pm
    • Wilyer Abreu collects four more hits in victory
Wilyer Abreu went 4-for-5 with two doubles and an RBI against the Guardians on Wednesday.

Advice: The Red Sox would have been perfectly justified in sending down Abreu at the end of the spring or 10 days into the season, but he’s on some kind of tear now, having gone 13-for-25 with two homers, five doubles, seven RBI and three walks in his last six games. He’s even reached on errors twice during the span. His season OPS is all of the way up to .954, and it looks like he’ll be a fixture in right field until he cools off, making him at least a short-term option in mixed leagues.
