      Advice: Four of the five runs attributed to Lopez came via the long ball, with Randy Arozarena launching a three-run homer in the first inning and Brandon Lowe notching a solo home run in the fifth, marking Lopez's seventh consecutive start allowing a round-tripper. The 28-year-old has allowed five or more runs in four of his last six appearances, owning an 8.94 ERA during that stretch and ballooning his ERA to a career-worst 5.63 overall.       Pablo López was crushed for five runs over four innings on Tuesday in a no-decision the Rays.

      Advice: The ball was flying on Tuesday night at Target Field as López was tagged for seven hits, including a pair of homers, before a lengthy rain delay brought his outing to a close. He finished with three strikeouts and only issued one walk. The surface results haven’t been inspiring this season, but he still holds a strong 3.47 xFIP, which seems to indicate that he’s been extremely unlucky.     • Logan Webb settles for no-decision against Cubs
      Logan Webb allowed two runs over seven innings on Tuesday in a no-decision against the Cubs.

      Advice: Webb coughed up a two-run homer to Dansby Swanson in the second inning on Tuesday evening at Wrigley Field, but managed to keep Chicago’s potent lineup off the scoreboard into the late stages of this one. He struck out five and only issued one walk. The 27-year-old righty has completed six frames in eight consecutive starts since May 10. He’ll bring a solid 2.99 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 82/21 K/BB ratio across 99 1/3 innings (16 starts) into a rematch on Monday against the Cubs back at Oracle Park. Rotoworld Wednesday, 2:55 am

      Miller struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

      Advice: Miller took a blown save in his last outing, though it was because he allowed an inherited runner to score. He's struggled a bit lately, allowing nine runs (six earned) with a 16:7 K:BB across 12.1 innings over his last 10 appearances. He's still performing quite well in the closer role for the Athletics, pitching to a 2.20 ERA, 0.83 WHIP and 57:12 K:BB over 32.2 innings while going 13-for-15 in save chances this year.       The Dodgers are considering stashing Walker Buehler on the injured list after his poor performance at Coors Field against the Rockies on Tuesday.

      Advice: It appears this was being discussed even before Buehler gave up seven runs to Colorado, and now the Dodgers have a perfect excuse after Buehler was hit in the hip by a comebacker tonight. Buehler has a 5.84 ERA in eight starts since returning from Tommy John surgery, and the Dodgers are about to get Bobby Miller back from the IL, though he’ll be going into Yoshinobu Yamamoto’s slot.     • Roughed up Tuesday, could go on IL
      Buehler took a no-decision in Tuesday's 11-9 win over the Rockies after allowing seven earned runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out two over four innings. According to Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times, manager Dave Roberts said after the game that Buehler could go on the injured list after taking a comebacker off his hip earlier in the contest.

      Advice: Buehler has struggled at times this season since he returned from Tommy John surgery, and a trip to Coors Field did him no favors for getting on track. He's struck out three or fewer batters in each of his last three starts, and Tuesday marked the third time this season he's given up multiple home runs in an outing. Buehler is now sitting on a 5.84 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 31:10 K:BB with 10 home runs allowed over 37 innings across eight starts. He's tentatively in line to make his ninth start next Monday or Tuesday on the road versus the White Sox, his status is in flux due to the hip issue, which didn't force him out of his start against the Rockies but may nonetheless be reason enough for the Dodgers to put him on ice for a bit.       Mason Miller recorded his 13th save with a scoreless ninth against the Royals on Tuesday.

      Advice: Miller had it easy tonight, getting one strikeout and a pair of routine flies. He’s had some hiccups of late, but he remains about as good of a bet as any reliever from an ERA and strikeout perspective. Rotoworld Tuesday, 9:55 pm

      King didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Phillies, allowing one run on six hits and three walks over 4.2 innings. He struck out six.

      Advice: King had to contend with traffic for most of his outing Tuesday, though he'd manage to hold the Phillies to one run before departing in the fifth. The 29-year-old right-hander has pitched well of late, posting a 1.71 ERA with 34 strikeouts over his last five outings (26.2 innings). Overall, King is 5-4 with a 3.49 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 101:37 K: BB across 87.2 innings this season. He's currently lined up for a home matchup with the Brewers this weekend in his next start.       Walker Buehler surrendered seven runs in four innings Tuesday in a no-decision against the Rockies.

      Advice: Sigh. Buehler’s velocity tonight was his worst since his rejoined the roster, and he got just three missed swings in his 70 pitches. That he was hit in the hip by a comebacker might have played some role in his struggles. We wouldn’t go dropping Buehler, who is still in a terrific situation with the Dodgers, but his early results in his first six weeks back from Tommy John definitely haven’t been as encouraging as hoped.
