      Advice: The dynamic 23-year-old outfielder is making progress in his recovery from a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, but it’s hard to put a clear timetable on a potential return to the Braves’ lineup until he starts running again.       Advice: Harris is two weeks removed from suffering a Grade 2 left hamstring strain, and while he's feeling better, it's not yet to the point where he's able to do any running.     • Alec Burleson doubles twice in win over Braves
      Alec Burleson went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI in the Cardinals’ 4-1 win over the Braves on Wednesday.

      Advice: With two runners on and two outs in the third inning, Burleson brought both runners in to score on a double off Bryce Elder. He doubled once again in the eighth for his second hit of the game. The 25-year-old outfielder is slashing .289/.321/.478 with 12 homers, 36 RBI, and five steals across 264 plate appearances.       Advice: Profar gave the Padres the extra cushion they ultimately needed when he slugged a grand slam in the sixth inning. The Nationals attempted a comeback but fell short. After a brief absence with a knee injury over the weekend, Profar has resumed his hot hitting -- he's 10-for-36 (.278) with nine RBI during his nine-game hitting streak.     • Jurickson Profar hits grand slam in Padres’ win
      Jurickson Profar hit a grand slam Tuesday in the Padres’ 9-7 takedown of the Nationals.

      Advice: This game had a little bit of everything, including a benches-clearing incident, a manager ejection, some extended player admiration of home runs, ugly defense, boneheaded baserunning and 16 runs in all. What it didn’t have was strikeouts; the teams totaled just five, and Nationals hitters went the first eight innings without any at all. Profar, coming off a walkoff hit Monday, was involved in the early confrontation that emptied the dugouts and then immediately was hit by a pitch after warnings were issued. Immediately after that, he scored on a Manny Machado homer. His slam, a line-drive homer down the right field line, was the fourth of his career.       Jurickson Profar delivered the game-winner in the 10th as the Padres edged the Nationals 7-6 on Monday.

      Advice: Profar’s lone hit in five at-bats seemed to hang in the air forever, but it was put in the perfect spot to elude Lane Thomas and Jacob Young in right-center. The two-run single — it would have been at least a double under normal circumstances — came after Luis Arraez was walked to load the bases. Profar has hit in eight straight games, but since he’s collected just nine hits in that span and he’s been so productive on the season, he’s lost 20 points of OPS during the stretch (.917 to .897).       Advice: Burleson started the scoring with an RBI double in the third inning off Braves starter Spencer Schwellenbach. He’s had at least two hits in four consecutive games and five of his last six games. He’s 11-for-24 (.458) with 10 runs scored, three home runs, nine RBI and a double over his last six games.
