    • Ends power drought
Yelich went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's 10-6 win over the Cubs.

Advice: Yelich's last homer was was April 10. He dealt with a back injury that kept him out of the lineup for nearly a month, and his power was the last part of his game to return. The outfielder has gone 20-for-69 (.290) over 18 contests since he returned from the injured list, though he's logged just six extra-base hits in that span. For the season, Yelich is slashing .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, 19 runs scored, seven stolen bases, four doubles and two triples over 29 contests. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 8:44 pm
    • Christian Yelich homers, drives in three Wednesday
Christian Yelich went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer, three RBI, and two runs scored on Wednesday against the Cubs.

Advice: After going hitless in his last two games, Yelich put the Brewers on the board in the first inning with a two-run blast off Shota Imanaga. It was the first extra-base hit Imanaga has allowed to a left-handed batter. Yelich later knocked a base hit in the third and scored on a double by Gary Sánchez. The 29-year-old outfielder is hitting an outstanding .306/.390/.546 with six homers, 22 RBI, and seven steals across 124 plate appearances. Rotoworld Wednesday, 7:20 pm
    • Mookie Betts plays second for first time in weeks
The Dodgers have Mookie Betts at second base and Miguel Rojas at shortstop in Wednesday’s game against the Mets.

Advice: It’s Betts’ first start at second base in exactly a month, as the Dodgers had been leaving him at shortstop when playing Rojas over Gavin Lux against lefties. This is how they did it in April before making Betts a permanent shortstop in recent weeks. Rotoworld Wednesday, 10:29 am

    • Slugs game-winning homer
Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Nationals.

Advice: The veteran slugger broke open a scoreless tie when he took Jacob Barnes deep in the seventh inning, continuing his most recent hit streak. Ozuna has reached base safely in 21 straight games, a stretch in which he's slashing .324/.409/.662 with seven homers and 16 RBI. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:43 am

    • Plays outfield
Garcia started in right field and went 0-for-4 in Tuesday's 4-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: This was Garcia's first start in the outfield since missing two games due to a forearm injury. He's gone 3-for-23 (.130) with a home run, a double and two RBI since his return. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 3:48 am

    • Homers in three-hit game
Pillar went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Yankees.

Advice: Pillar has hit safely in his last 11 games, going 20-for-41 (.488) in that span. He's logged a trio of three-hit efforts during the streak. The outfielder is up to a .349/.402/.639 slash line with six homers, 24 RBI, 14 runs scored, six stolen bases, four doubles and a triple over 34 contests this season. He struggled initially with the White Sox, but he's been excellent since joining the Angels at the end of April. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 10:48 pm

    • Kevin Pillar goes 3-for-4, homers to propel Angels
Kevin Pillar went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer Tuesday in leading the Angels to a 4-3 win over the Yankees.

Advice: The White Sox releasing Pillar after a 4-for-25 start, only to watch him hit .431/.459/.759 with five homers in his first 17 games for the Angels, is undeniably the funniest thing to happen in 2024. There’s no reason to expect Pillar to keep this up — and we still wouldn’t recommend him in mixed leagues — but it’d be hilarious if he somehow pulled off a career year at age 35. • Marcell Ozuna homers in win over Nationals
Marcell Ozuna went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a win over the Nationals on Tuesday.

Advice: Ozuna took Matt Barnes deep 413 feet at 107 mph off the bat to score the first run of the game. It was the only run the Braves would need. The home run was his 16th of the season to go along with 48 RBIs. With Ronald Acuna Jr. hurt and Matt Olson and Austin Riley off to slower-than-normal starts, Ozuna’s performance has been crucial for Atlanta early in the season. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:07 pm

    • Knocks three hits
Freeman went 3-for-5 with two doubles, two runs scored and an RBI in Monday's loss to the Rockies.

Advice: Freeman led the game off with a double and scored the first run. He later knocked an RBI single in the second inning and added another double in the ninth. It was his first multi-hit game since going 4-for-4 on May 18. Freeman boosted his slash line to .228/.324/.370 with 15 extra-base hits and 31 runs scored through 189 plate appearances.
