    • Cranks third home run
Bellinger went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Wednesday's 5-3 win over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Bellinger is off to a bit of a slow start, with just a .200 batting average, a .667 OPS and three home runs across 18 games. However, he is now riding a modest four-game hitting streak, and perhaps Wednesday's long ball will give him another boost of momentum. Bellinger batted .307 with an .881 OPS and 26 home runs a season ago, so the upside is certainly there. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:15 pm

    • Cody Bellinger goes deep in victory over D’Backs
Cody Bellinger blasted a go-ahead homer in the sixth inning on Wednesday, powering the Cubs to a 5-3 victory over the Diamondbacks.

Advice: The 28-year-old slugger broke a 2-2 tie in the sixth inning when he crushed a 396-foot (104.6 mph EV) solo shot off of Diamondbacks’ starter Brandon Pfaadt. He also singled in the eighth inning and came around to score on a run-scoring knock off the bat of Michael Busch. Bellinger finished the day 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored and is now hitting .200/.296/.371 with three long balls and 12 RBI on the season. He’s still looking for his first stolen base though, after nabbing 20 bags during the 2023 season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:37 pm

    • Ronald Acuña Jr. hits first homer in Braves’ win
Ronald Acuña Jr. went 2-for-5 and finally hit his first homer Wednesday as the Braves bested the Astros 5-4 in 10 innings.

Advice: Acuña’s first homer was a 422-foot blast off J.P. France. It was one of two balls he hit 109 mph today, with the other resulting in an error in the third inning. The homer came in his 17th game of the season. His longest homerless drought last year was 14 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:56 pm
    • Takes seat Wednesday
Jones is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Phillies.

Advice: The lefty-hitting Jones will get his first day off of the season, with a day game after a night game along with the fact that the Phillies are bringing a left-hander (Cristopher Sanchez) to the hill likely factoring into the Rockies' decision to hold him out of the lineup. Jones could probably benefit from the break from a mental standpoint as well, as he's gone 0-for-11 with five strikeouts against one walk over his last three starts. • Secures save No. 3
Doval retired all three batters he faced with one strikeout to earn the save in Wednesday's 3-1 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Doval faced the heart of Miami's lineup but needed just 13 pitches to retire the side in order for his third save of the year. The right-hander gave up two runs in his first outing of the season, but he has followed up with four straight scoreless appearances and has an 8:1 K:BB during that stretch. • Salvages day with late homer
Tucker went 1-for-3 with a solo home run during Tuesday's 6-2 loss to Atlanta.

Advice: After going hitless in his first two at-bats, Tucker was well on his way to a third straight game without a hit. However, the outfielder managed to tag Aaron Bummer for a solo home run to kick off the bottom of the ninth. Through 19 games, Tucker is slashing .260/.372/.521 with five long balls while striking out at a 15.0 percent clip. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 9:08 pm

    • Another productive day
Kim went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run during Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Brewers.

Advice: Kim swatted a three-run home run off Wade Miley in the first inning, plating Fernando Tatis and Jurickson Profar as part of Kim's second three-RBI game of the season. Over his last nine games, Kim is batting .258 with a pair of home runs, eight RBI and seven runs scored. Rotowire.com Tuesday, 8:11 pm

    • William Contreras pushes hitting streak to 12 games
William Contreras went 1-for-5 with two RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Padres.

Advice: The Brewers were held to just six hits and three runs on the night. Contreras accounted for two of those runs when his RBI single in the seventh scored Joey Wiemer and his sacrifice fly in the ninth again sent Wiemer home. Contreras is off to a hot start for the Brewers. In addition to his 12-game hitting streak, he’s also slashing .375/.461/.625 with four homers and 17 RBI. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:47 pm
    • Ha-Seong Kim blasts three-run homer vs. Brewers
Ha-Seong Kim homered and drove in three runs in the Padres’ win over the Brewers.

Advice: Kim blasted a three-run homer off Wade Miley in the top of the first inning to get things started, putting the Padres up 4-0 before Dylan Cease even took to the mound. It was the third home run of the season for Kim, who has also driven in 12 runs and drawn seven walks in his last three games. He’s hitting just .225 on the year, but Kim’s .341 OBP continues to make him a viable fantasy asset. Rotoworld Tuesday, 7:42 pm
