      Corey Seager was removed from Wednesday night’s battle against the Tigers in the second inning due to an apparent injury.

      Advice: Seager opened the scoring in the ballgame with an RBI single off of Joey Wentz in the second inning, but he pulled up lame at first base and ultimately hobbled off the field with the training staff. It’s unclear exactly what occurred, but he’ll head for further evaluation to determine the severity of the issue. Expect the Rangers to provide an update on his status shortly.       Advice: Offense in the contest was scarce, so Rengifo's role in producing the Angels' first run was especially valuable. He singled with one out in the fourth inning and stole second base before eventually crossing the plate on a Willie Calhoun single. Rengifo missed some time in May due to an illness, but he hasn't slowed down since returning, slashing .313/.353/.484 with two homers, six RBI, 10 runs and four stolen bases in 16 contests.       Advice: Caballero belted the first pitch of the seventh inning over the left-field wall for his third homer of the year. It was also his second hit of the day, representing his ninth multi-hit game in 54 games this season.       José Caballero went 2-for-3 with a homer Sunday as the Rays edged the Orioles 4-3.

      Advice: Caballero has been a strikeout machine of late, but he managed to go without one for just the second time in 18 games today. He’s batting .260/.318/.370 on the season, but it just doesn’t seem likely that he’ll keep his average up like this with how often he fails to make contact.       Advice: The calendar flipping from May to June did nothing to slow down Seager. After posting a 1.047 OPS during May, Seager extended a hitting streak to 14 games on the first day of the new month.       Caballero went 0-for-5 with three strikeouts, two runs scored and a stolen base Thursday against the Athletics.

      Advice: This line is indicative of Caballero's skill set, as he's striking out at a 29.3 percent clip and has just a .306 on-base percentage. However, he has already racked up 20 stolen bases, only the second player to hit that mark at this point in the campaign.
