    • Fans eight in loss
Webb (6-6) took the loss Sunday against St. Louis, allowing four runs on nine hits and two walks across six innings. He struck out eight.

Advice: Webb struggled early, yielding two doubles and two singles as part of a three-run first inning before surrendering another run in the second frame. While Webb settled in afterward, the damage was already done, as the Giants failed to generate a hit until the seventh inning. The 27-year-old has completed six innings in nine consecutive starts and matched his season high in strikeouts Sunday. He's one of five players with 100 innings pitched this season and owns a 3.16 ERA and a 91:23 K:BB. Webb is scheduled for a home start against the Dodgers next weekend. • Limited to three innings versus TOR
McKenzie tossed three innings, allowing three runs on three hits and four walks while striking out six batters in Sunday's 6-5 win over the Blue Jays. He did not factor into the decision.

Advice: McKenzie was challenged early versus Toronto, giving up a two-run home run to Vladimir Guerrero in the top of the first inning. He later gave up a leadoff homer to Spencer Horwitz in the third, which was ultimately his final inning on the mound. McKenzie failed to pitch past the third inning for the second consecutive start Sunday, throwing just 41 of his 74 total pitches for strikes, while the four walks matched his total from his loss Tuesday versus Seattle. The 26-year-old will look to get back on track in his next start, which is tentatively set to come Friday on the road against the Royals. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:47 pm
    • Ejected, faces 10-game ban
Diaz was ejected from Sunday's game against the Cubs for the use of an illegal substance following an inspection from the crew chief, Pat Ragazzo of SI.com reports.

Advice: Diaz failed the "sticky substance" check upon entering the game in the bottom of the ninth inning with the Mets up 5-2. If MLB concurs with the crew chief's assessment, Diaz will receive an automatic 10-game suspension, so the Mets may be without their closer for some time. Expect a decision on a suspension to be announced before the Mets' next game Tuesday versus the Yankees. Reed Garrett and Adam Ottavino would likely be first in line for saves should Diaz receive a 10-game ban and choose not to appeal. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:13 pm

    • Edwin Díaz ejected after sticky substance check
Edwin Díaz was ejected from Sunday night’s game against the Cubs after failing a sticky substance check as he entered the game.

Advice: Yikes. The 30-year-old hurler came on with the Mets leading by three runs in the ninth inning, but Diaz was tossed before he was even able to throw a pitch when the umpires performed their routine glove check. Failing that check comes with an automatic 10-game suspension, so unless Diaz plans to appeal, he won’t be closing any games for the Mets for a while. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:13 pm

    • Jackson Chourio collects two hits in win Sunday
Jackson Chourio went 2-for-2 with a double and a run scored as the Brewers triumphed over the Padres in San Diego on Sunday afternoon.

Advice: The 20-year-old outfielder wasn’t even in the Brewers’ starting lineup for this one, but still managed to have a strong day at the dish. He entered as a pinch-hitter for Tyler Black in the seventh inning, where he singled to right and came around to score on an RBI single off the bat of Jake Bauers. Chourio also doubled off of Jhony Brito in the ninth inning, but was stranded at third. He’s now slashing .230/.278/.362 with seven homers, 27 RBI and eight stolen bases on the season. • Webb recovers from rough start in loss
Logan Webb allowed four runs on nine hits in six innings in a loss to the Cardinals on Sunday.

Advice: The game started off on the wrong foot for Webb, who allowed three runs on four hits in the first inning and then allowed another run on two more hits in the second. Over his final four innings, he didn’t allow a run, while giving up just three hits and striking out four. Webb may be more of an SP2 in fantasy baseball than the ace many wanted him to be coming into this year, but he’s a rock-solid starter who will carry a 3.16 ERA into a tough start against the Dodgers next weekend. • Triston McKenzie strikes out six in three innings
Triston McKenzie allowed three runs in three innings on Sunday against the Blue Jays. He struck out six and walked four before a rain delay ended his start.

Advice: Rain or no rain, McKenzie had maybe one inning of work left in this one as efficiency continues to elude him. He hasn’t completed six innings since May 17th and hasn’t walked fewer than two batters in a start since May 1st. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:34 pm
    • Idle Sunday
Chourio isn't in the Brewers' lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.

Advice: Chourio will get a chance to clear his head Sunday after going 3-for-17 with four RBI and two runs scored over his last five games. Sal Frelick, Blake Perkins and Jake Bauers will start across the Brewers' outfield while Christian Yelich serves as the DH. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:06 am

    • Back in lineup Sunday
Rodriguez is starting in center field and batting third in Sunday's game against Miami.

Advice: Rodriguez received a scheduled day off Saturday, but he's back for the series finale Sunday. On the season, he's batting .264/.313/.352 with seven home runs and 29 RBI over 329 plate appearances while stealing 16 bases. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:32 am
