      J.D. Martinez hit a three-run homer in the 10th and walked twice Monday as the Mets bested the Nationals 9-7.

      Advice: This was a 3-3 game through nine, but Martinez broke the game open with his homer off Hunter Harvey in the 10th. The Mets went on to score three more times in the frame, which proved important after the Nationals came back with four runs in the bottom of the inning.       Advice: Before Mitchell suffered a fractured finger at the very end of the spring, it looked like the Brewers would mostly play Mitchell in center and Frelick at third, with Joey Ortiz serving as a utilityman. Ortiz, though, has earned regular playing time, and Frelick has totaled just four innings at third base since the season started.
