    Advice: Langeliers isn’t going to provide a good average as he’s now hitting .211 on the season, but he has decent power for a catcher. The home run was his 12th of the season and he now has 29 RBI.

  • Jeffers has two-homer game against Royals Thursday
    Ryan Jeffers went 2-for-3 with a walk, two home runs and three RBI against the Royals on Thursday.



    Advice: Jeffers continues to carry the Twins offense. The two-homer game puts him at 12 on the season now. Jeffers is hitting .254 with an .886 OPS on the year. As far as second catchers go, it doesn’t get much better than what he’s provided so far this season.

    Logan O’Hoppe went 1-for-4 with a solo homer against the Yankees on Wednesday.

    Advice: O’Hoppe scored the only run of the game for the Angels on Wednesday, taking Luis Gil deep for a solo homer in the seventh inning.     Advice: Contreras has been held hitless just five times over 26 games in May, going 31-for-104 (.298) for the month. The catcher is up to a .323/.394/.509 slash line with eight home runs, four steals, 43 RBI, 45 runs scored, 15 doubles and a triple in 55 contests, so this month has actually been a bit of a cooling off compared to how he started the season.
