    • Bobby Witt Jr. goes deep in loss to Rays
      Bobby Witt Jr. crushed his 13th home run of the season on Tuesday night, but it wasn’t enough to lead the Royals to victory over the Rays.

      Advice: The 24-year-old superstar got the Royals on the board with his 399-foot (108.0 mph EV) solo shot off of Kevin Kelly in the sixth inning. That would be his lone hit in four at-bats on the night. Witt has been a five-category monster for fantasy purposes this season, slashing .311/.362/.539 with 13 homers, 55 RBI, 66 runs scored and 22 stolen bases through his first 87 games.     • Activated, optioned to Double-A
      The Rockies reinstated Amador (oblique) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday and optioned him to Double-A Hartford.

      Advice: Amador has been playing in rehab games with Hartford while working his way back from a right oblique strain, and he will remain with the Yard Goats now that he's made a full recovery. The 21-year-old went just 6-for-35 (.171) during his first career stint in the majors, and with a .659 OPS through 213 Double-A plate appearances, he clearly still needs more time to develop before he's ready for a more permanent role on the Rockies.     • George Springer homers in win
      George Springer went 1-for-4 with three RBI in a win over the Astros on Tuesday.

      Advice: It’s been a good stretch for Springer of late, hitting .334 over his last 11 games with four home runs, 13 RBI, and one steal. He’s been making consistent contact all season but failing to lift the ball, which has limited his upside, but perhaps this recent stretch is the beginning of a bit of a resurgence. He remains in the lower third of the lineup, which will impact his run totals and he may struggle to top last year’s batting average and home run totals, but he should be a solid contributor in deeper fantasy formats, provided the Blue Jays don’t trade away a lot of their lineup at the deadline.     • Yordan Alvarez has two hits, three RBI in loss
      Yordan Alvarez went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in a loss to the Blue Jays on Tuesday.

      Advice: The home run was a 390-foot shot off Jose Berrios for Alvarez’s 18th home run on the season to go along with 46 RBI. He has battled some injuries during the year but remains one of the most consistent hitters in fantasy baseball. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:51 pm
       
    • Trea Turner homers twice in win over Cubs
      Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Cubs.

      Advice: Turner hit a solo homer in the top of the third inning to give the Phillies a 3-0 lead and later returned to hit a two-run shot in the fifth inning to push the lead to 5-1. The Phillies start shortstop now has five homers on the season and has hit safely in five of his last six games. Turner is slashing a solid .338/.386/.487 on the season but hasn’t offered much as far as steals are concerned, which could be chalked up to the hamstring injury he returned from a few weeks ago.     • Lowe homers twice off Cease in win over Padres
      Nathaniel Lowe went 2-for-4 with four RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Padres.

      Advice: Lowe put the Rangers on the board in the bottom of the first inning when he sent a two-run homer into the stands off Padres starter Dylan Cease. It was just Lowe’s fifth homer of the season, but the veteran first baseman has now hit safely in three straight games while driving in six runs and homering twice over that span. Lowe got to Cease again in the third inning when he hit another two-run blast to push the Rangers’ lead to 5-0, and now has 33 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:38 pm
       
    • Elly De La Cruz homers in win over Yankees
      Elly De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBIs in a win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

      Advice: The home run was a 425-foot shot for his 15th home run of the season. Elly also struck out twice and is hitting just .226 over his last 40 games while posting a strikeout rate of over 31 percent; however, his athleticism and raw power are so elite that he continues to produce fantasy goodness.       Aaron Judge went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run in a loss to the Reds on Tuesday.

      Advice: This Judge guy is pretty good. The big man is now up to an absurd 32 home runs and 83 RBI on the season while slashing .321/.440/.718.       Austin Riley went 1-for-4 with a home run in Tuesday’s loss to the Giants.

      Advice: Riley got the scoring started for the Braves in the second inning when he took Hayden Birdsong 415 feet to left for a solo homer. The home run was Riley’s 10th blast of the season and his third in his last 10 games.
