    • Improves to 7-2
Stone (7-2) earned the win over the Yankees on Saturday, allowing two runs on eight hits and two walks while striking out six batters over 5.2 innings.

Advice: It looked like Stone could be in for a rough outing when he allowed a single to each of the first two batters he faced in the first inning, but he recovered to retire Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton and Anthony Rizzo without allowing a run to score. The right-hander allowed New York to plate one run in each of the following two frames, but he was able to navigate through 5.2 innings with just those two runs on his ledger. Stone needed some help when he departed with two outs and the bases full of Yankees in the sixth, and Alex Vesia provided that assistance by getting Anthony Volpe to fly out to end the threat. Stone has recorded a victory in seven of his past 10 starts and has given up more than two runs just once during that span. He's shining in his first full big-league season, recording a 2.93 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 53:21 K:BB through 67.2 innings. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:27 pm

    • Matt Waldron holds D-Backs to one run over six
Matt Waldron allowed just one run in six innings to get a victory Saturday against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Waldron didn’t have to be at his best with the Padres giving 13 runs of support, but he was pretty close to it. He allowed just three hits over his six innings, and he fanned four while issuing two walks. Since his struggles against the D-Backs on May 5, Waldron has been outstanding, and his ERA has lowered from 5.82 to 3.76 in that timeframe. Another chance to lower that mark comes over the weekend against the Mets. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:08 pm

    • Registers 15th steal
Garcia went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored in Saturday's 8-4 win over the Mariners.

Advice: Garcia has two steals over his last four games, and he's gone 9-for-35 (.257) across his last eight contests. The third baseman has yet to be caught stealing this season -- he's one of three players with at least 10 steals who has yet to be caught. He's posted a .260/.310/.389 slash line with 15 thefts, five home runs, 36 RBI, 43 runs scored, 13 doubles and three triples over 63 games this season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 10:06 pm

    • Gavin Stone holds Yankees to two runs in victory
Gavin Stone limited the Yankees to just two runs over 5 1/3 innings to get a win Saturday.

Advice: Things didn’t start particularly well for Stone, as he gave up a run in the second and then a solo homer in the third. After that, the 25-year-old held the Yankees off the board while picking up his seventh win of the season. He allowed eight hits, but he also struck out six while seeing his ERA bump up slightly to 2.93. Stone is another example of players who struggle in the first go-around who provide fantasy relevance. He gets the Royals next week, barring a change in the rotation order. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:04 pm

    • José Ramírez hits 19th homer of season in victory
José Ramírez hit a solo homer to help the Guardians to a win over the Marlins on Saturday.

Advice: J-Ram is already up to 18 homers on the season, and that puts him well above a 40-homer pace. The switch-hitting infielder has also driven in 61 runs over 63 games, and you don’t have to be a math expert to know that puts him on pace for a rather large number. • Strong again Saturday
Waldron (4-5) allowed one run on three hits and two walks while striking out four over six innings to earn the win over the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

Advice: Waldron submitted his third straight quality start, and he was able to cruise to the win after an explosive showing from the Padres' offense. The right-hander has allowed two runs over his last 19.1 innings, though he's faced the Angels, Marlins and Diamondbacks in that span, which hasn't been much of a test of his skills. Waldron is now at a 3.76 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 68:21 K:BB through 69.1 innings over 13 starts this season. He's tentatively projected for another favorable start on the road versus the Mets in his next outing. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:37 pm

    • Smacks 18th long ball
Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, an additional run scored and a walk in Saturday's 8-0 win over the Marlins.

Advice: Ramirez has gone 6-for-22 (.273) with two homers and four RBI over six games in June. The third baseman opened the scoring Saturday with a first-inning solo shot off Miami starter Roddery Munoz. For the year, Ramirez is slashing .272/.335/.553 with 18 homers, 61 RBI, 49 runs scored, nine stolen bases, 13 doubles and a triple over 62 contests. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 9:25 pm

    • Drives offense in big win
Bichette went 2-for-4 with a walk, two doubles, two runs scored and an RBI in Saturday's 7-0 win over the A's.

Advice: The shortstop is heating up again, collecting four doubles among his seven hits over the last six games. Bichette's sluggish start to the season is fading in the rearview mirror -- over his last 24 contests, he's batting .302 (29-for-96) with two homers, eight doubles, eight runs and 14 RBI. • Drives in two, steals bag
Yelich went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's win over the Tigers.

Advice: He got the scoring started in this one, driving in Brice Turang with a single in the first inning. Yelich came up with the bases loaded in the third and drove in another run on a sacrifice fly. He later added an infield single and a stolen base in the fifth. The former MVP has six multi-hit games over his last 15 games and his hitting .362 over that stretch. He has six homers, 29 RBI and 10 stolen bases through 38 games thus far.
