    • Stumbles versus Athletics
Marsh (5-4) allowed seven runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out four over three innings to take the loss Tuesday versus the Athletics.

Advice: After looking to have righted the ship with seven one-hit innings versus the Yankees in his last start, Marsh took another step back. He's given up at least four runs in four of his last five starts, and this one was his shortest outing of the campaign. The right-hander's ERA shot up to 4.37 with a 1.17 WHIP and 65:21 K:BB over 70 innings across 13 starts. Marsh is projected for a road outing versus the Rangers this weekend, but his recently volatility makes him a risky option in fantasy. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:08 pm

    • Homers in Tuesday's win
Ohtani went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, an additional RBI and two total runs scored in Tuesday's 11-9 win over the Rockies.

Advice: Ohtani batted leadoff for the second game in a row, and it looks like that'll be his spot as long as Mookie Betts (wrist) is unavailable. While Betts' absence is a big one for the Dodgers, Ohtani should be plenty capable of filling in atop the order, given his excellent batting skills and his noticeable speed. The 29-year-old has multiple hits in four of his last five games, and he's up to a .316/.388/.608 slash line through 325 plate appearances this season. Ohtani has added 20 homers, 49 RBI, 57 runs scored, 16 stolen bases, 20 doubles and two triples. His RBI numbers may dip, but that should be offset by a slight uptick in crossing the plate himself. • Alec Marsh tagged for seven runs by A’s
Alec Marsh was lit up for seven runs in three-plus innings by the A’s on Tuesday.

Advice: This after he completely shut down the Yankees for seven innings last time out. Marsh got 14 missed swings in the 76-pitch outing, but pretty much everyone who reached base against him came around to score. He’ll take a 5-4 record and a 4.37 ERA into his next start against the Rangers. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:54 pm

    • Rebounds vs. San Diego
Nola didn't factor into the decision Tuesday against the Padres, allowing three runs on four hits and a walk over six innings. He struck out six.

Advice: Nola held San Diego scoreless through his first five innings before ultimately allowing three runs in the sixth, including a pair on a Luis Campusano homer. Still, it was a solid bounce-back outing overall for the 31-year-old Nola, who was tagged for eight runs in his last start against the Red Sox. Nola's 8-3 on the year with a 3.54 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 84:25 K:BB across 15 starts (94 innings). He's currently lined up to face the Tigers on the road early next week in his next outing. • Tyler Kinley tagged for four runs by Dodgers
Brought in with a 9-4 lead in the ninth, Tyler Kinley gave up four runs while getting just one out Tuesday against the Dodgers.

Advice: Well, it’s not a blown save. Since it was a five-run game, it wouldn’t have been a blown save even if Kinley has remained in to give up the tying run. Kinley had reemerged as the favorite for saves in the Rockies’ pen, earning three of them this month, but he’s been thoroughly unimpressive overall. The door is definitely wide open for Justin Lawrence at this point. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:20 pm
    • Aaron Nola pitches fine in no decison
Aaron Nola allowed three runs on four hits in six innings in a no-decision against the Padres.

Advice: Nola struck out six and walked just one on the day while posting just 11 whiffs on 51 swings for a 22 percent whiff rate and 24 percent CSW. The curve was the only pitch that really got swings-and-misses for Nola on Tuesday, but it was enough to stifle the Padres offense. He now has a 3.54 ERA on the season and gets a much easier start against the Tigers next week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:44 pm

    • J.T. Realmuto (knee) aims to return next month
J.T. Realmuto (knee) told reporters Tuesday that he’s planning to return by next month’s All-Star break.

Advice: Realmuto is roughly one week removed from right knee surgery to repair a meniscus tear and is hoping to get back into game action, barring any setbacks, in the days leading up to the All-Star break, which begins on July 15. It’s not unrealistic to think he’ll be ready to go afterwards, even if he doesn’t meet that aggressive timeline. Rotoworld Yesterday, 5:35 pm

    • Wilyer Abreu (ankle) starts rehab assignment
Wilyer Abreu (ankle) will start a minor league rehab assignment on Tuesday with Triple-A Worcester.

Advice: It’ll likely be a quick tune-up for Abreu as he works his way back from a sprained ankle that sent him to the shelf back on June 4. The 24-year-old corner outfielder will likely return to Boston by the end of the week. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:14 pm

    • Fernando Tatis Jr. gets first day off this season
Fernando Tatis Jr. is not in the lineup for Tuesday’s showdown against the Phillies.

Advice: It’s an extremely rare off day for Tatis, who has appeared in all 76 contests this season for San Diego, despite playing through a minor quad issue over the last few weeks. The 25-year-old corner outfielder has hit a bit of a frosty stretch over the last few days at the dish, batting .185 (5-for-27) with one homer and 10 strikeouts over his last seven games. He’ll get a quick breather to rest and recover before returning for Wednesday afternoon’s series finale. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:12 pm
