  • Oswaldo Cabrera swipes base in victory on Sunday
Oswaldo Cabrera went 1-for-3 with a double and a run scored as the Yankees topped the Red Sox on Sunday evening in New York.

Advice: Cabrera led off the fourth inning with a double off of Red Sox starter Brayan Bello, then swiped third base with two outs and scored the game's first run on Jose Trevino's RBI single. The 23-year-old infielder has hit just .233/.301/.408 with four homers and 17 RBI through his first 133 plate appearances in the big leagues. 33 minutes ago

  • Dansby Swanson hits 22nd homer in Braves' victory
Dansby Swanson went 3-for-6 with a two-run homer and three RBI on Sunday in the Braves' extra-inning win over the Phillies.

Advice: Swanson hit a second-inning RBI single before clobbering a 417-foot two-run shot to center field against Phillies starter Kyle Gibson in the fourth inning. It was his 22nd big fly of the season. The 28-year-old shortstop is hitting .281/.334/.445 with 94 runs scored, 22 home runs, 92 RBI and 18 stolen bases across 659 plate appearances this season. • Jeremy Peña (concussion) pinch-runs on Sunday
Jeremy Peña (concussion) didn't start Sunday's game against the Orioles, but did come off the bench as a pinch-runner and scored a run in the 11th inning.

Advice: The 25-year-old shortstop came on to run for Trey Mancini as the runner that started the 11th inning on second base. He then advanced to third on a single by Aledmys Diaz and scored on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Yordan Alvarez. Expect him to return to the starting lineup on Tuesday against the Diamondbacks. • CJ Abrams has three hits, steal in Nationals' win
CJ Abrams went 3-for-4 with an RBI and also stole a base on Sunday in the Nationals' win over the Marlins.

Advice: Abrams tallied three hits and picked up his fourth theft of the season in another strong effort for the rebuilding Nationals. The 21-year-old shortstop has also played excellent defense over the last few weeks and appears to be settling in as the team's shortstop of the future. He's still far away from being a reliable fantasy contributor, but he's showing some promising signs at the dish lately. Today, 2:27 pm

  • Ramón Urías sits with neck spasms again on Sunday
Ramón Urías was held out of the Orioles lineup once again on Sunday due to neck spasms.

Advice: While Urías was able to return to the Orioles lineup on Saturday, the neck issue continues to bother him and it sounds like he's going to miss at least a couple of games. Rougned Odor started in his place at second base for Sunday afternoon's tilt against the Astros. Today, 1:46 pm

  • David Fletcher (hand) begins taking swings
David Fletcher (hand) has resumed taking swings over the past few days.

Advice: Fletcher has been sidelined since September 10 after he was hit by a pitch on his right hand and diagnosed with a contusion. It sounds like he may just be able to make it back into the lineup before the regular season concludes. The 28-year-old has hit .259/.296/.349 with two homers and 15 RBI in 201 plate appearances on the season. Today, 1:40 pm

  • Wander Franco leaves game with hand injury Sunday
Wander Franco was removed from Sunday's contest against the Blue Jays with an apparent hand injury.

Advice: The 21-year-old shortstop was pinch-hit for in the eighth inning on Sunday and could be seen flexing his left hand and talking to the training staff. It's unclear exactly what's going on -- or how any possible injury occurred -- but it's certainly something that is worth monitoring heading into next week. Fantasy managers should be sure to have an alternative option available in the event that Franco is forced to miss some time. Today, 1:29 pm

  • Taylor Walls doubles on Sunday in return for Rays
Taylor Walls went 1-for-4 with a double on Sunday in his return to the Rays' lineup.

Advice: Walls started at second base and eventually slid over to shortstop in the wake of Wander Franco's injury in his return to Tampa Bay's lineup following a two-game absence due to right groin tightness. Today, 1:22 pm
    L, 1-7 vs Tor
  • Hoerner (triceps) returns to Cubs lineup Sunday
Nico Hoerner (triceps) is in the Cubs starting lineup Sunday against the Pirates.

Advice: Hoerner is finally ready to return after missing nearly two weeks with a right triceps strain. Though he never hit the injured list. He'll be the designated hitter Sunday against the Pirates, batting fifth in the lineup. Today, 7:40 am
