    • Christian Yelich collects three hits in victory
      Christian Yelich went 3-for-5 with a double as the Brewers eked out a one-run victory over the Rockies on Tuesday night at Coors Field.

      Advice: Yelich smacked a one-out double off of Ryan Feltner in the third inning, but the Brewers couldn’t cash him in. He then singled in the fifth inning but was picked off of first base. Yelich also singled during the team’s two-run rally in the ninth inning.     • Trevor Megill slams door on Rockies in ninth
      Trevor Megill slammed the door on the Rockies in the ninth inning on Tuesday evening, preserving a one-run lead to notch his 18th save of the season.

      Advice: The Brewers rallied to score twice in the top half of the ninth inning, setting the stage for Megill to come on and do his thing. The 30-year-old hurler made it look easy once again, getting Ezequiel Tovar on a fly ball to center and Brendan Rodgers on a swinging third strike to begin the inning. He did allow a two-out single to Ryan McMahon, but battled back to get Elias Diaz on a swinging third strike to end it. Megill has been awesome in the closer’s role for the Brewers this season, converting 18 of his 19 save chances while registering a masterful 1.59 ERA over 28 1/3 innings.     • Set for MRI on groin injury
      Lewis is set to undergo an MRI and additional testing for the left groin injury he suffered in Tuesday's win over Detroit, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports. "This is out of my control," Lewis said. "So what I can control, I'm very happy about, but this is out of my control. I have no idea. But probably not very optimistic, to be honest with you. I'm praying, but it's usually always horrible news. So we'll see."

      Robert went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and a stolen base in a 7-6 loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

      Advice: Robert hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning and added a two-run single and stolen base in the seventh. The outfielder has tallied seven hits and three home runs during a modest five-game hit streak and has hit safely in eight of his past ten contests.       Luis Gil allowed four runs on two hits in four innings in a loss to the Reds on Tuesday.

      Advice: The command simply wasn’t there for Gil on Tuesday, walking three and striking out three while throwing 83 pitches in just four innings. There has been some concern that Gil is hitting a bit of a wall after allowing 16 earned runs in his last 9 2/3 innings. The Yankees maintain confidence in the 26-year-old, but he left a lot of sliders up in the zone today and struggled to command his changeup, so perhaps he is getting a little tired in his breakout season.       Luis Robert Jr. went 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI, and a stolen base in a loss to the Guardians on Tuesday.

      Advice: Robert drove in two runs on a 363-foot home run in the sixth inning and then knocked in two more on a game-tying single in the seventh. He’s now up to 10 home runs on the season but just 18 RBIs in a depleted White Sox lineup. He also has four steals to add to his five-category fantasy upside. While his team context will hurt his counting stats, there remains a chance Robert Jr. gets traded at the deadline which could unlock yet another level of fantasy goodness.       Lewis was removed from Tuesday's game versus the Tigers due to left groin tightness, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

      Advice: It's unclear exactly when Lewis suffered the injury, though it's possible he may have tweaked his groin running out of the batter's box during his last at-bat in the third inning. The Twins are calling Lewis day-to-day following his early exit from Tuesday’s series opener against the Tigers, so it’s possible his removal was merely out of an abundance of caution. We’ll see.
