    • Tallies second homer
Lindor went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's win over the Dodgers.

Advice: Lindor cracked a 390-foot two-run homer off Daniel Hudson in the seventh inning to put the Mets ahead for good. After opening the season with a dreadful 1-for-31 stretch, the Mets shortstop has started to look better at the plate lately. Lindor is batting .255 (12-for-47) with two homers, 10 runs scored and three RBI over his last 11 games. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:25 pm
    • Eugenio Suarez reaches five times against Giants
Eugenio Suárez went 2-for-3 with three runs scored in a blowout win for the Diamondbacks on Friday over the Giants.

Advice: Suárez also drew three walks, so it’s a five-reach game for the 32-year-old veteran. He also drove in a run with a single in the ninth inning to give Arizona a 16-1 lead. Still counts. In his first season with the Diamondbacks, Suárez is now slashing a less-than-spectacular .240/.314/.360, but this did break up a 1-for-17 scuffle over his previous five games. • Francisco Lindor swats go-ahead homer vs. Dodgers
Francisco Lindor went 2-for-5 with a two-run homer and a stolen base to help the Mets to a 9-4 win over the Dodgers on Friday.

Advice: With the score tied at 4-4, Lindor blasted a two-run shot off Daniel Hudson in the seventh inning to give the Mets a 6-4 lead and ultimately the win. Lindor has gone deep twice in 2024, and the stolen base gives the 30-year-old his first swipe of the campaign. It’s been a rough start to the year for Lindor, but there’s plenty of reason to think he’ll bounce back quite nicely over the long season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:20 pm
    • Two homers, six RBI in win
Bohm went 2-for-4 with a pair of three-run homers in Friday's 7-0 victory over the White Sox.

Advice: Bohm drove in six of the Phillies' seven runs Friday, launching three-run homers off Garrett Crochet in the first and third innings. It was quite a performance from the 27-year-old Bohm, who came into the day with just one homer on the year while going 3-for-17 in his previous six contests. Bohm's now slashing .258/.364/.470 through 77 plate appearances this season with 17 RBI, seven runs scored and a stolen base. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:03 pm

    • Alec Bohm hits two three-run homers in victory
Alec Bohm hit a pair of three-run homers Friday against the White Sox.

Advice: That’s a great night, but his pitcher overshadowed him with a no-hit bid and then Travis d’Arnaud had to go and hit three homers (at least). Both of Bohm’s homers came off Garrett Crochet. The first was a 353-foot shot that Statcast says would have been out of two ballparks, but it doesn’t count for any less. Maybe it’s time for the Phillies to go back to Bohm in the cleanup spot; he currently has 160 points of OPS on JT Realmuto, who is batting one spot ahead of him. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:34 pm

    • Sits down versus southpaw
Lee isn't in the Giants' lineup for Friday's game against the Diamondbacks, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Advice: After extending his hitting streak to 10 games with two hits Thursday, Lee will take a seat Friday against left-hander Jordan Montgomery. Tyler Fitzgerald will fill the void in center field and bat eighth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 3:56 pm
    • Jung Hoo Lee absent from Giants lineup on Friday
Jung Hoo Lee is absent from the Giants’ starting lineup for Friday night’s tilt against the Diamondbacks.

Advice: The 25-year-old outfielder will get a rare breather with left-hander Jordan Montgomery taking the mound for the Diamondbacks. Lee has gotten off to a nice start in his first season stateside, hitting .282/.326/.346 with a homer, five RBI and two stolen bases through his first 19 games. Tyler Fitzgerald will cover center field in his place and will bat eighth for the Giants on Friday night. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:21 pm
    • Sitting Friday vs. Atlanta
Carter is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against Atlanta.

Advice: Carter will head to the bench with Atlanta sending left-hander Chris Sale to the mound. Wyatt Langford will start in left field, while the righty-hitting Davis Wendzel will fill in at DH. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:10 pm
    • Evan Carter not in Rangers lineup on Friday
Evan Carter is not in the Rangers’ starting lineup for Friday night’s battle against the Braves.

Advice: The dynamic 21-year-old outfielder will get a breather with tough opposing southpaw Chris Sale taking the hill for the Braves. Wyatt Langford will cover left field in his place while Davis Wendzel will serve as the Rangers’ designated hitter and will bat eighth on Friday night in Atlanta. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:58 pm
