    • Collects three hits, homer
Judge went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Tuesday's 5-4 loss to the Reds.

Advice: Judge accounted for half of the Yankees' hits Tuesday, including a solo home run in the seventh inning off Sam Moll. The long ball was Judge's 32nd of the season, five more than any other player in baseball. After seeing his average drop from .311 to .267 last season, Judge is batting a league-leading .321 across 374 plate appearances in 2024. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 11:51 pm
    • Locks down save No. 18
Megill allowed one hit and struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Rockies.

Advice: The Brewers scored two runs in the top of the ninth to take a one-run lead, and Megill came through in the bottom of the frame for his 18th save despite giving up a two-out single. The right-hander has converted 12 straight save chances and hasn't allowed a run across his past nine appearances, which has improved his ERA to 1.59 and WHIP to 0.99, respectively. • Grayson Rodriguez strikes out eight to defeat M’s
Grayson Rodriguez was exceptional in Tuesday night’s victory over the Mariners, racking up eight strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings of scoreless baseball.

Advice: The 24-year-old budding superstar scattered just two hits and four walks on the evening. Only once did the Mariners advance a runner past second base on Rodriguez in this one, and that came with two outs in the sixth inning before Rodriguez punched out Cal Raleigh to end the threat. He generated a whopping 19 swings and misses on 104 pitches on the night, posting a strong CSW of 32 percent. Now 10-3 on the season, Rodriguez will carry a 3.45 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and a 97/29 K/BB ratio (88 2/3 innings) into battle against the Athletics in Oakland on Sunday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 10:23 pm
    • Earns 10th win
Rodriguez (10-3) allowed two hits and four walks while striking out eight over 6.1 scoreless innings to earn the win over the Mariners on Tuesday.

Advice: This was just the second time in his last seven starts that Rodriguez walked multiple batters, but that was virtually the only flaw in his performance Tuesday. It was also his third scoreless outing of the year. Rodriguez is now at a 3.45 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 97:29 K:BB through 88.2 innings over 15 starts. The right-hander is tentatively projected for a home start versus the Cubs for his next appearance if the Orioles go to a six-man rotation, though he could move up to pitch on regular rest at Oakland on Sunday if Baltimore elects to work with five starters. • Trevor Megill slams door on Rockies in ninth
Trevor Megill slammed the door on the Rockies in the ninth inning on Tuesday evening, preserving a one-run lead to notch his 18th save of the season.

Advice: The Brewers rallied to score twice in the top half of the ninth inning, setting the stage for Megill to come on and do his thing. The 30-year-old hurler made it look easy once again, getting Ezequiel Tovar on a fly ball to center and Brendan Rodgers on a swinging third strike to begin the inning. He did allow a two-out single to Ryan McMahon, but battled back to get Elias Diaz on a swinging third strike to end it. Megill has been awesome in the closer’s role for the Brewers this season, converting 18 of his 19 save chances while registering a masterful 1.59 ERA over 28 1/3 innings. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:14 pm
    • Homers in loss
Burger went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday' 8-3 loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Burger hit a solo home run in the fifth inning and added a single in the ninth. The 28-year-old hit .213 in both May and June but does have two multi-hit efforts and two home runs in his past five games. On the season, he is hitting .221 with eight home runs, 28 RBI and 25 runs scored through 259 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:41 pm

    • Judge has three hits, HR in loss
Aaron Judge went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run in a loss to the Reds on Tuesday.

Advice: This Judge guy is pretty good. The big man is now up to an absurd 32 home runs and 83 RBI on the season while slashing .321/.440/.718. There’s a good chance he could win the Triple Crown this season, and he continues to be unbeatable by anything other than cement walls in the outfield. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:28 pm
    • Jake Burger tallies two hits, homers in losing effort
Jake Burger went 2-for-4 with a solo homer on Tuesday in the Marlins’ loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Burger was one of the few bright spots in this one as his fifth-inning solo shot off Red Sox starter Kutter Crawford was one of just three hits for Miami through six innings. The 28-year-old slugger has homered twice in his last five games and is now up to eight big flies on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:15 pm

    • Starting Tuesday
Ward (head) is starting in left field and batting third Tuesday following being hit in the head Sunday.

Advice: Ward departed Sunday's game versus the Tigers in the bottom of the ninth inning after being struck by a pitch in the head, a 93 mph fastball thrown by Shelby Miller. Ward's removal from the game has now proved to be more of a precautionary move. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:54 pm
