    Tommy Pham clubbed his fourth home run of the season on Friday night, accounting for the White Sox’ lone run in a loss to the Tigers.

    Advice: Pham turned on a first-pitch changeup from Jack Flaherty in the fifth inning and tucked a 370-foot (112.4 mph EV) solo shot just inside the foul pole in left field to get the White Sox on the board and trim their deficit to 2-1. All of the damage done against him came on one mighty swing of the bat by Carson Kelly on a 2-1 sweeper in the second inning. It took him nearly a month to begin taking dry swings and he has been limited to fielding grounders and running the bases. With more steps needed before beginning a rehab assignment, the Dodgers opted to move Muncy to the 60-day IL on Friday, meaning he won't be eligible to return until after the All-Star break.     Kershaw (shoulder) will make his second rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.

    Advice: Kershaw made his first rehab outing with Single-A Rancho Cucamonga on Wednesday, when he allowed one run on two hits and one walk while striking out five over three innings. His fastball reached 90 miles per hour, which was right around his velocity in the 2023 regular season.
