    • Swipes two bags Sunday
Castro went 2-for-4 with two steals and a run scored in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Mariners.

Advice: Castro notched base hits in his first two at-bats of the afternoon and stole second both times. He's now up to 10 steals on the year, marking a second consecutive season with double-digit thefts. Castro closed out June on a heater at the dish. In 13 games since June 16, he's slashing .370/.414/.667 with two homers, nine RBI and 13 runs scored. He's totaled seven multi-hit efforts over that span. The 27-year-old is cruising to career-best offensive numbers this year across the board in his second season with the Twins. Rotowire.com Today, 2:21 am

    • Hits for cycle in blowout win
Langford hit for the cycle in Sunday's 11-2 win over the Orioles, going 4-for-5 with four RBI and three runs scored.

Advice: Langford made history with the first cycle of the 2024 MLB season Sunday night. He flew out his first time up and then took off from there, tripling in the fourth and then later completing things with a three-run blast in his final at-bat of the evening in the eighth. Langford is putting together quite the rookie campaign despite the season struggles from the Rangers. He became the first rookie in MLB history with a cycle, a grand slam and an inside-the-park home run in a season. He also became the first Rangers rookie to hit for a cycle since 1985. Langford caps off a productive month of June, during which he slashed .309/.368/.526 with three homers, 22 RBI, 11 runs, six steals and an 8:17 BB:K in 106 plate appearances. • Scores twice Sunday
Bregman went 1-for-5 with a double and two runs scored Sunday against the Mets.

Advice: Bregman led off the fourth inning with a double and came around to score, accounting for most of his production. Though his season-long numbers remain fairly unimpressive, Bregman did have a productive June by hitting .310 with two homers, 11 RBI and 19 runs scored in 25 games. • Maintains red-hot bat
Nimmo went 3-for-4 with a home run, a double, three RBI and two runs Sunday against the Astros.

Advice: Nimmo continues to swing a hot bat, collecting three more hits including a game-tying homer in the seventh. Following a 10-game hit streak, Nimmo's bat had cooled a bit with just one hit in his 10 previous at-bats, though he did reach base four additional times via walks. Nimmo carries a solid .247/.367/.815 slash line on the season with 13 dingers, 50 RBI, 53 runs and five steals. However, over his last 14 games Nimmo is slashing .382/.477/.782 with six homers, 18 RBI and 20 runs scored. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:34 pm

    • Provides offense Sunday
Hoerner went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Brewers.

Advice: Hoerner led off the contest with a solo home run, his fourth long ball of the season and second in the last four games. However, he didn't do anything else the rest of the afternoon, while the team as a whole mustered only one additional hit. Still, Hoerner managed to extend his hitting streak to eight games, and he's batting .344 during that stretch. The infielder should remain a viable fantasy option from the top of the order so long as he stays locked in at the plate. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:18 pm

    • Wyatt Langford hits for cycle in rout of Orioles
Wyatt Langford hit for the cycle and drove in four runs as the Rangers bested the Orioles 11-2 on Sunday.

Advice: Langford had just 14 extra-base hits in 59 games this season before coming up with three tonight. The homer, his fourth, came in his fifth and final at-bat of the night. It caps off a fine June for Langford in which he hit .283/.347/.446 with two homers, 18 RBI and six steals in 25 games. Things will likely only keep getting better from here. • Re-entering rotation Wednesday
Jones is listed as the Pirates' starting pitcher for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals at PNC Park.

Advice: Jones will slot back into the rotation for the first time since June 22 after the Pirates opted to skip his turn this past week. The decision to bypass Jones' turn wasn't based on any injury; instead, the Pirates are cognizant of keeping the 23-year-old right-hander's workload in check during his first season in the majors. The Pirates haven't offered up a firm innings limit for Jones in 2024 nor outlined their plans on when/if he might be skipped again, but fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate to keep him active when he's confirmed to start. Though he's had more trouble keeping walks in check in his recent starts compared to earlier in the campaign, Jones will still head into his 16th start of the season Wednesday with stellar ratios (3.66 ERA, 1.10 WHIP, 19.4 K-BB%). • Blasts eighth home run
Yelich went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's win against the Cubs.

Advice: Yelich took Kyle Hendricks deep in the fourth inning as part of a seven-run frame for the Brewers. The 32-year-old outfielder has underwhelmed in the power department with just eight home runs, but he has batted .321 (99th percentile) while racking up 18 steals in 19 attempts across 58 games this season. • Brandon Nimmo doubles, homers
Brandon Nimmo went 3-for-5 with a home run, double, walk, three RBI, and two runs scored on Sunday against the Astros.

Advice: Nimmo’s two extra-base hits came at extremely clutch times for the Mets: his two-run homer, the 100th of his career, tied this game in the seventh and his RBI double again brought the Mets even in extra innings. His resurgence over the last few weeks has been a spectacle as he’s pulled his OPS up from .708 on June 13th to .815 today. He’s found a home in the two-hole of the Mets’ lineup and is on pace for 26 homers, 30 doubles, 106 runs scored, 100 RBI, and 10 stolen bases this season. That is the statline of a bona fide stud.
