      Clase (4-1) pitched a perfect inning to earn the win Tuesday over the White Sox.

      Advice: Clase kept the game tied at 6-6 in the top of the ninth inning, needing just 10 pitches to retire the side. Bo Naylor's sacrifice fly in the bottom of the frame sealed the win for the Guardians, giving Clase his first decision since May 19. The closer is on an eight-inning scoreless streak and has maintained elite ratios with a 0.67 ERA, 0.62 WHIP and 39:4 K:BB through 40.1 innings overall.       Walker went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Dodgers.

      Advice: Walker has an extra-base hit in four of his last six games, though this was his first homer since June 20. The first baseman is up to 18 long balls on the year, with six of them coming over his last 18 games.       Christian Walker went 2-for-5 and slugged a two-run homer on Tuesday night as the Diamondbacks fell to the Dodgers in Los Angeles.

      Advice: The 33-year-old slugger evened the score at 2-2 when he clobbered a 402-foot (107.1 mph EV) two-run shot off of Bobby Miller in the fourth inning. He also added a two-out single off of Alex Vesia in the seventh inning. Walker is enjoying another strong season in the middle of the Diamondbacks’ lineup, slashing .259/.331/.480 with 18 homers, 55 RBI and two stolen bases (in four attempts).       George Springer went 1-for-4 with three RBI in a win over the Astros on Tuesday.

      Advice: It’s been a good stretch for Springer of late, hitting .334 over his last 11 games with four home runs, 13 RBI, and one steal. He’s been making consistent contact all season but failing to lift the ball, which has limited his upside, but perhaps this recent stretch is the beginning of a bit of a resurgence. He remains in the lower third of the lineup, which will impact his run totals and he may struggle to top last year’s batting average and home run totals, but he should be a solid contributor in deeper fantasy formats, provided the Blue Jays don’t trade away a lot of their lineup at the deadline.       Trea Turner went 3-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI in Tuesday’s win over the Cubs.

      Advice: Turner hit a solo homer in the top of the third inning to give the Phillies a 3-0 lead and later returned to hit a two-run shot in the fifth inning to push the lead to 5-1. The Phillies start shortstop now has five homers on the season and has hit safely in five of his last six games. Turner is slashing a solid .338/.386/.487 on the season but hasn’t offered much as far as steals are concerned, which could be chalked up to the hamstring injury he returned from a few weeks ago.     • Alexis Díaz earns a save in win over Yankees
      Alexis Díaz pitched a scoreless ninth inning to earn a save in a 5-4 win over the Yankees on Tuesday.

      Advice: Díaz has now converted 11 straight save chances and has pitched to a 1.98 ERA in 14 2/3 innings over that stretch. However, some of the early command issues remain as Díaz has a 13.2 percent walk rate over that same span. He may remain volatile given his subpar command and he doesn’t miss as many bats as your typical closer, but he remains locked into the closer’s role on a solid team and will continue to rack up saves.     • Eovaldi allows one hit in win over Padres
      Nathan Eovaldi allowed one hit over seven innings while striking out six to earn the win on Tuesday against the Padres.

      Advice: Eovaldi was aided by a two-homer night by Nathaniel Lowe, but the veteran righty didn’t need much help. Eovaldi allowed just one baserunner on the night, which came on a Bryce Johnson single in the top of the third inning. Eovaldi lowered his season ERA to 3.15 in this one and bounced back nicely after allowing five earned runs in his previous outing.       Aaron Judge went 3-for-4 with two runs scored and a solo home run in a loss to the Reds on Tuesday.

      Advice: This Judge guy is pretty good. The big man is now up to an absurd 32 home runs and 83 RBI on the season while slashing .321/.440/.718.     • Reynaldo López goes just 4 2/3 innings vs. Giants
      Reynaldo López allowed two runs over 4 1/3 innings while striking out six in Tuesday’s loss to the Giants.

      Advice: López was pulled after 101 pitches, as the veteran righty allowed base runners on the night, with four coming via the walk. López gave up a solo homer to Jorge Soler in the fifth inning and later saw LaMonte Wade Jr. take him deep to tie the game at 2-2 before being pulled after retiring the next batter. López has allowed two earned runs or less in his last six outings but has walked four batters in back-to-back games.
