    • Delivers three-run homer
Springer went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run during Tuesday's 7-6 win over the Astros.

Advice: Springer tagged Spencer Arrighetti for a long ball in the third inning, extending the Blue Jays' lead to 5-0. The outfielder is riding a seven-game hit streak, swatting four homers and driving in 13 during that stretch. On the year, Springer has hit nine homers and swiped nine bases in 322 plate appearances. • Bobby Miller strikes out four in no-decision
Bobby Miller pitched decently in a no-decision against the Diamondbacks on Tuesday evening, allowing two runs on four hits over his five innings of work.

Advice: The 25-year-old right-hander punched out four batters on the night while issuing three free passes. All of the damage done against him came on one mighty swing of the bat by Christian Walker in the fourth inning. Miller generated 10 swings and misses on 90 pitches on the night — seven of those on his heater which averaged 96.5 mph — while posting a CSW of 23 percent. Miller now sports a 6.12 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and a 25/15 K/BB ratio over 25 innings through his first six starts on the season. He’ll look to get back in the win column when he squares off against the Brewers at home on Sunday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 11:06 pm
    • Goes five innings in no-decision
Miller allowed two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out four over five innings in a no-decision versus the Diamondbacks.

Advice: Miller was responsible for a game-tying two-run home run by Christian Walker in the fourth inning. This was Miller's third start since he returned from shoulder inflammation, but he's given up 10 runs over 13.1 innings with a 7:9 K:BB across those outings. Overall, he's at a 6.12 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 25:15 K:BB through 25 innings over six starts this season. Miller is still likely trying to find a rhythm after a two-month absence. With his next start projected to be against either Milwaukee or Philadelphia -- the other two National League division leaders besides the Dodgers -- fantasy managers may want to take a wait-and-see approach with Miller in the short term. • Rhys Hoskins leads Brewers past Rockies on Tuesday
Rhys Hoskins drew a go-ahead bases-loaded walk with two outs in the ninth inning on Tuesday night, leading the Brewers to a 4-3 victory over the Rockies.

Advice: Hoskins entered the game as a pinch-hitter for Jake Bauers in the eighth inning where he went down on strikes. He atoned for that failure in the ninth inning though, working a walk off of Justin Lawrence to drive in the go-ahead run. On the season, the 31-year-old slugger is hitting .224/.318/.404 with 11 homers, 38 RBI and a pair of stolen bases. Rotoworld Yesterday, 9:14 pm

    • George Springer homers in win
George Springer went 1-for-4 with three RBI in a win over the Astros on Tuesday.

Advice: It’s been a good stretch for Springer of late, hitting .334 over his last 11 games with four home runs, 13 RBI, and one steal. He’s been making consistent contact all season but failing to lift the ball, which has limited his upside, but perhaps this recent stretch is the beginning of a bit of a resurgence. He remains in the lower third of the lineup, which will impact his run totals and he may struggle to top last year’s batting average and home run totals, but he should be a solid contributor in deeper fantasy formats, provided the Blue Jays don’t trade away a lot of their lineup at the deadline. • Absent from lineup
Hoskins isn't in the Brewers' lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rockies.

Advice: After recording a base hit in 10 of his last 11 games, Hoskins went 0-for-4 with a sacrifice fly during Monday's loss in the series opener. He'll now sit against Ryan Feltner and the Rockies on Tuesday, putting Jake Bauers at first base while Christian Yelich serves as the Brewers' DH, opening a spot in left field for Jackson Chourio. • M’s drop Julio Rodríguez to seventh in lineup
Julio Rodríguez is batting seventh on Tuesday against the Orioles.

Advice: It’s the lowest Rodriguez has batted in the majors in quite some time as his frosty start to the 2024 campaign continues. The 23-year-old generational talent has really struggled to get going this season at the plate, batting .247/.297/.327 with seven homers and 17 steals across 360 plate appearances. He’s been ice-cold of late, hitting .069 (2-for-29) over his last seven games. It’s possible taking some pressure off him to produce in the heart of Seattle’s lineup will help him get back on track. We’ll see. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:26 pm
    • Remaining out Tuesday
Garver (wrist) isn't in the Mariners' lineup for Tuesday's game against the Orioles.

Advice: Garver will get an extra day to recover Tuesday after getting hit in the wrist by a pitch during Sunday's loss to Minnesota. His absence will allow Mitch Haniger to serve as Seattle's designated hitter while batting eighth. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:24 pm
    • Mitch Garver out Tuesday with wrist contusion
Mitch Garver (wrist) is absent from the lineup for Tuesday’s series opener against the Orioles.

Advice: Garver will take a seat for Tuesday’s series opener after suffering a right wrist contusion when he was hit by a pitch during Sunday’s game against the Twins. He’s day-to-day for now. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:20 pm
