    • Goes deep, swipes bag
De La Cruz went 2-for-3 with solo home run, a triple, three runs scored, a steal and two walks in Sunday's loss to the Brewers.

Advice: De La Cruz stuffed the stat sheet with a terrific performance Sunday, headlined by his solo homer in the eighth inning. He's up to 12 long balls with 36 steals this season. He went six straight games without a stolen base to begin the month but now has four over his last eight appearances. De La Cruz is slashing .235/.334/.438 with 47 runs scored and 25 extra-base hits through 71 games this season. Rotowire.com 40 minutes ago

    • Collects four more hits
Kwan went 4-for-5 with one RBI in Sunday's loss to Toronto.

Advice: Kwan has been unstoppable since returning from a hamstring injury on May 31, hitting safely in all 11 games while batting a torrid .535 with one home run, six RBI and 11 runs scored. The 26-year-old's hot streak has propelled his average to a league-leading .398, more than 70 points higher than second place. Rotowire.com Today, 5:42 pm

    • Tyler Glasnow shuts down Royals, strikes out nine
Tyler Glasnow cruised against the Royals on Sunday, striking out nine over seven innings in the Dodgers’ 3-0 shutout.

Advice: Glasnow walked only one and needed just 85 pitches to get his 21 outs today. The victory snapped a four-game losing streak in which the Dodgers just couldn’t score runs for him. He’s 7-5 with a 3.00 ERA and a 125/25 K/BB in 93 innings for the year. Rotoworld Today, 3:46 pm
    • William Contreras being evaluated for concussion
Brewers’ manager Pat Murphy said after Sunday’s victory over the Reds that William Contreras is being evaluated for a possible concussion.

Advice: Contreras took a glancing blow off of his head or neck on the final play of the game as Blake Perkins nailed the potential tying run at the plate to end the ballgame. The 26-year-old backstop remained on the ground for a few minutes afterwards, but ultimately was able to get up under his own power and was able to celebrate with his teammates. It doesn’t sound like anything serious, but fantasy managers may want to have an alternative option on hand for next week just to be on the safe side. Rotoworld Today, 2:43 pm

    • De La Cruz homers, steals base in loss Sunday
Elly De La Cruz went 2-for-3 with two walks, three runs scored, a solo home run, a triple and a stolen base against the Brewers on Sunday.

Advice: De La Cruz filled up the box score on Sunday. The home run was his 12th of the season and the stolen base was his 36th. He’s hitting .235, but he’s been the most explosive player in fantasy this year. Rotoworld Today, 2:27 pm

    • Being evaluated for concussion
Contreras is being evaluated for a concussion following Sunday's 5-4 win over the Reds, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Contreras took a shot to the head when he collided with Stuart Fairchild at home plate, applying the tag for the final out of the contest. The catcher was slow to get up and he'll now undergo some additional testing to determine the severity of the injury. The Brewers will start a three-game series on the road against the Angels on Monday and if he is forced to miss any action, Gary Sanchez would likely take over behind the plate. • Kwan has four-hit game in loss to Jays Sunday
Steven Kwan went 4-for-5 with one RBI against the Blue Jays on Sunday.

Advice: Kwan is hitting a ridiculous .398 on the season now. It’s probably not sustainable as his BABIP is .418 compared to his career .320 BABIP, but Kwan benefits from his low seven percent strikeout percentage. He’s going to put the ball in play a lot and right now everything is finding a hole.

    • Getting Sunday off
Fry is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Fry will rest after he had started each of the past seven games at catcher or in the corner outfield while going 6-for-26 at the dish. His absence Sunday opens up a spot in the lineup at designated hitter for Kyle Manzardo, who had been on the bench for each of the past three contests. Rotowire.com Today, 10:45 am

    • Not starting Sunday
Velazquez is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

Advice: This marks the second absence in three days for Velazquez, who has struggled to a .129/.256/.194 slash line so far this month. His overall OPS is down more than 200 points from a year ago. He could see his playing time squeezed further in the short term due to Salvador Perez needing time at designated hitter to combat a knee injury. Rotowire.com Today, 10:42 am
