    • Fans nine in win
Lopez (8-6) earned the win over the Mariners on Saturday, allowing one run on four hits and one walk over six innings while striking out nine.

Advice: Lopez stumbled a bit over the first three frames, allowing a walk and four hits, including a solo home run off the bat of Mitch Haniger. However, the right-hander recovered nicely after the early hiccups, fanning six of the nine batters he faced over his final three innings of work as Minnesota took a 5-1 lead. Lopez induced 18 swinging strikes on the night and now has 25 strikeouts over his last 14 innings on the mound. He's also won his last three decisions (spanning four starts) and has logged quality starts in back-to-back outings. Rotowire.com Today, 7:21 am
    • Taking seat Sunday
O'Neill is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

Advice: The 29-year-old started the previous five contests but will head to the bench for Sunday's series finale after going 0-for-8 with five strikeouts through the first two games versus San Diego. Jarren Duran will shift to left field while Emmanuel Valdez takes O'Neill's spot in the lineup. Rotowire.com Today, 7:21 am

    • Pablo López strikes out nine in victory over M’s
Pablo López recorded nine strikeouts and allowed one run over six innings on Saturday in a win over the Mariners.

Advice: We certainly hope you weren’t one of the fantasy managers that bailed on López during his persistent struggles earlier this month as he’s recorded at least nine strikeouts in back-to-back outings and has allowed just one earned run over 14 innings of work during that span, capitalizing on a pair of favorable road matchups against the Athletics and Mariners, respectively. The underlying expected stats pointed to some regression from a run-prevention standpoint, so we’re not totally surprised that he’s reverted to form after a handful of rough outings. He’ll aim to keep the momentum going when he squares off against the Astros on Friday in his penultimate start prior to the upcoming All-Star break. Rotoworld Today, 3:44 am
    • Registers another quality start
Irvin (6-6) earned the win over Tampa Bay on Saturday, allowing one run on one hit and three walks while striking out five batters over six innings.

Advice: Irvin served up a solo homer to Brandon Lowe in the first inning, but that was the only run -- and only hit -- he allowed in the contest. The right-hander recorded his seventh quality start over his past eight outings, and he's posted an excellent 2.09 ERA and 0.93 WHIP during that span. Irvin didn't seem like he'd be a fantasy factor this year after posting a 4.61 ERA and 1.42 WHIP as a rookie last season, but he's provided strong ratios with a 3.03 ERA and 1.06 WHIP along with an 86:23 K:BB across 98 frames. • Scores four runs in win
Meyers went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, a hit-by-pitch and four total runs scored in Saturday's 9-6 win over the Mets.

Advice: Meyers opened the scoring with his second-inning homer, and he was involved in every other inning in which the Astros scored during their comeback win. The outfielder has gone 10-for-29 (.345) with six extra-base hits over his last nine contests after an 0-for-14 skid in the middle of June. For the year, he's at a .262/.331/.444 slash line with eight homers, 30 RBI, 26 runs scored and seven stolen bases across 237 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 7:05 pm

    • Grabs 11th save
Sewald struck out one in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Athletics.

Advice: Sewald has picked up saves in four straight appearances and in seven of his 10 outings in June. The closer has been virtually untouchable this month, allowing two hits, two walks and two hit batsmen while striking out six over 8.2 innings. He's a perfect 11-for-11 in save chances with a 0.57 ERA, 0.51 WHIP and 13:3 K:BB across 15.2 innings overall. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 6:28 pm

    • Meyers scores four runs, homers in win Saturday
Jake Meyers went 2-for-3 with four runs scored, a home run and a walk against the Mets on Saturday.

Advice: Meyers’ home run was his eighth of the season. He started the scoring with a solo shot off Tylor Megill in the second inning and ended up scoring four runs himself in the contest. Meyers is hitting .262 with a .775 OPS and 30 RBI on the season. Rotoworld Yesterday, 4:51 pm

    • Irvin allows one in six innings in win over Rays
Jake Irvin allowed one run in six innings and got the win in the Nationals’ 8-1 victory over the Rays on Saturday.

Advice: Irvin gave up one hit, walked three and struck out six. He allowed a solo home run to Brandon Lowe in the first inning, but was otherwise excellent. Irvin won four of his five starts in June and lowered his ERA to 3.03 on the year. The 27-year-old right-hander is set to face the Mets at home next week.

    • Sewald picks up 11th save against Athletics
Paul Sewald tossed a scoreless ninth inning and picked up the save against the Athletics on Saturday.

Advice: Sewald’s save was his 11th of the season. He retired the Athletics in order in the ninth inning while recording one strikeout. Sewald hasn’t been scored on in his last 16 appearances this year. Rotoworld Yesterday, 3:32 pm
