    Aaron Judge went 2-for-2 with a two-run homer and walk on Wednesday against the Mets.

    Advice: Judge’s league-leading 30th long ball was the extent of the Yankees’ offense in this one.     Stott went 1-for-3 with a double, three runs scored, a stolen base and a walk in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Tigers.

    Advice: Stott came around to score every time he reached base in Wednesday's win. The three runs tied a career high, and he added his 20th stolen base of the season. His 20 swipes are the third most stolen bases in the National League behind Elly De La Cruz and Brice Turang.   • Bryson Stott scores three times in win over Tigers
    Bryson Stott doubled, walked, stole a base and scored three runs on Wednesday afternoon as the Phillies triumphed over the Tigers.

    Advice: Stott started the fourth inning by working Keider Montero for a walk and then rode home on Brandon Marsh’s two-run blast. He then doubled the following inning and scored on a two-run single off the bat of Marsh. Stott also reached on a fielder’s choice in the eighth, swiped second base and scored on a sacrifice fly by David Dahl. The 26-year-old second baseman finished the afternoon 1-for-3 and is now slashing .242/.337/.363 to go along with five homers, 36 RBI and 20 stolen bases on the season. Rotoworld Wednesday, 12:42 pm

  • Snaps out of slump
    Gonzales went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored Tuesday against the Reds.

    Advice: Gonzales was in a cold spell entering Tuesday's contest, as he had gone just 1-for-23 with eight strikeouts across his past seven games. He snapped out of that slump with his second three-hit performance of the season. Despite the recent downturn, Gonzales has enjoyed his most sustained success in the majors, maintaining a .282 average and .755 OPS across 161 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Wednesday, 7:20 am
     
  • Mashes sixth homer
    Springer went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in Tuesday's 9-4 win over the Red Sox.

    Advice: The 34-year-old outfielder capped a seven-run eruption for the Blue Jays in the third inning when he drove a Brayan Bello slider into the right-center field bullpen at Fenway Park. Springer is having the worst season of his career by a wide margin -- Tuesday's long ball snapped a 17-game homer drought, and it highlighted his first multi-hit performance since June 3.     Judge went 2-for-3 with a walk, a double, a home run and five RBI in Tuesday's 9-7 loss to the Mets.

    Advice: Most of his damage came on a grand slam in the eighth inning off Reed Garrett as the Yankees tried to mount a comeback from a 9-1 deficit.     Aaron Judge went 2-for-3 with a walk and five RBI in a loss to the Mets on Tuesday.

    Advice: Judge had an RBI double in the seventh inning with the Yankees down by seven but then crushed a 390-foot grand slam at 109.4 mph that brought the Yankees within two. While the bottom of the Yankees lineup may not be particularly deep, they still have Aaron Judge, which will always make them a threat. The big right fielder now has 29 home runs and 75 RBI already this season, which seems like video game numbers. You’re feeling great if you were able to take him with your first-round pick.   • Nick Gonzales has three hits in win
    Nick Gonzales went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in a win over the Reds on Tuesday.

    Advice: It was a much-needed strong game for Gonzales, who came into today hitting just .224 in 20 games in June. The 25-year-old is still barreling the ball 11 percent in 2024 but his groundball rate has gone up to 52 percent in June and he’s pulling the ball more, which has led to more rollover groundballs and fewer line drives all over the field.   • George Springer finds power stroke in win
    George Springer went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in a 9-4 win over the Red Sox on Tuesday.

    Advice: It was Springer’s sixth home run of the season and first since June 4th. Springer only has three home runs since April 24th, so we’re not looking at a power surge here. It’s also Springer’s first multi-hit game since June 3rd. It’s certainly nice to see, but the 34-year-old is still just 13-for-78 (.167) in June so we’ll need to see a few more games like this before we believe he’s figuring things out.
