    Advice: Lively worked through three scoreless innings before the Nationals brought two runs in to score in the fourth. After walking a batter with one out, Tyler Freeman misplayed a routine fly ball to put runners on second and third with one out instead of two outs and a runner on first. A groundout and a base hit would bring the two runs in to score. Lively would work a clean fifth and gave up a base hit with two outs in the sixth. That would end his day at 86 pitches -- 62 for strikes. He struck out four.     Advice: Parker got into some trouble in the first inning, issuing two walks to load the bases before Kyle Manzardo brought two runners in to score on a single. José Ramirez would score a third run for the Guardians in the third inning on a wild pitch. Parker would pitch into the sixth without allowing another run, leaving with two outs and two runners on at 98 pitches. He struck out five on the day.
