      Advice: Manager Joe Espada relayed that Tucker is feeling better, including doing some work in the weight room. However, Espada also added that if Tucker isn't able to begin running within the next few days he will require a rehab assignment before being activated.       Gorman went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Cubs.

      Advice: Gorman entered Sunday just 1-for-28 over his last seven games, though the slump hasn't cost him playing time. The second baseman picked up a steal after his second-inning single, giving him three thefts on four attempts this year. For the season, Gorman is slashing .208/.287/.442 with 15 home runs, 33 RBI, 30 runs scored and eight doubles over 64 contests.       Vaughn went 3-for-5 with a two-RBI single, an RBI groundout and a run scored during Sunday's 12-5 loss to Arizona.

      Advice: Vaughn participated in four of the White Sox's five runs, most of which came during the ninth inning when Vaughn plated Tommy Pham and Martin Maldonado with a single before coming around to score himself. On the year, Vaughn is slashing .234/.289/.391, each of which would be a career low. However, he's been hot during June, batting .364 with five homers, 12 RBI and 12 runs.       Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters on Saturday that Max Muncy (oblique) is progressing even slower than expected in his recovery.

    • Andrew Vaughn plates three runs in loss to D’Backs
      Andrew Vaughn went 3-for-5 and drove in three runs on Sunday afternoon in a lopsided loss to the Diamondbacks in Arizona.

      Advice: Vaughn got the White Sox on the board with an RBI groundout in the third inning that made it a 3-1 ballgame. He then tacked on a two-run single in the ninth that pulled the White Sox to within eight runs at 12-4.     • William Contreras being evaluated for concussion
      Brewers’ manager Pat Murphy said after Sunday’s victory over the Reds that William Contreras is being evaluated for a possible concussion.

      Advice: Contreras took a glancing blow off of his head or neck on the final play of the game as Blake Perkins nailed the potential tying run at the plate to end the ballgame. The 26-year-old backstop remained on the ground for a few minutes afterwards, but ultimately was able to get up under his own power and was able to celebrate with his teammates.     • Being evaluated for concussion
      Contreras is being evaluated for a concussion following Sunday's 5-4 win over the Reds, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

      Advice: Contreras took a shot to the head when he collided with Stuart Fairchild at home plate, applying the tag for the final out of the contest. The catcher was slow to get up, and he'll now undergo some additional testing to determine the severity of the injury. The Brewers will start a three-game series on the road against the Angels on Monday. If Contreras is forced to miss any action, Gary Sanchez would likely take over behind the plate.     • Vlad Jr. has three-hit game in win Sunday
      Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-4 with a walk and a run scored against the Guardians on Sunday.



      Advice: Guerrero was 1-for-17 (.059) with one walk in his last five games. While the three hits were good to see, his power is still a concern. Guerrero’s .122 ISO is a career-low and with seven home runs so far he’s going to have to pick up the pace to even repeat the 26 home runs he hit last season.

    • Chisholm has two-hit game in loss Sunday
      Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 2-for-4 with an RBI against the Nationals on Sunday.



      Advice: It was a quiet day for the Marlins offense as they could only muster one run against Washington. Chisholm’s single in the fifth inning temporarily tied the game at one. He’s hitting .260 with a .762 OPS and 34 RBI this year.
