Paredes went 3-for-4 with a home run, a triple, a double and an additional run scored Sunday against the Nationals.

Advice: Paredes entered the day with just two hits over his last 23 at-bats but broke out of it in a big way with his first three-hit game since May 21. He did all his damage off Nationals starter Patrick Corbin, going 3-for-3 against the lefty. Despite the recent slump, Paredes maintains a healthy .276/.361/.472 slash line on the season with 13 home runs, 43 RBI, 32 runs and 32 walks over 328 plate appearances. • X-rays negative on wrist
Garver (wrist) had X-rays on his right wrist come back negative after being hit by a pitch during Sunday's loss to the Twins, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

Advice: Garver appears to have avoided a significant injury after exiting Sunday's contest early. Manager Scott Servais said the team will reevaluate Garver's status following Monday's off day, but the 33-year-old can be considered day-to-day for the time being. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:34 pm
    • Blasts 15th home run
De La Cruz went 2-for-5 with a home run and two runs scored in Sunday's 7-6 loss against Philadelphia.

Advice: De La Cruz broke out of a mini slump after going 4-for-28 over his last seven games with a nice showing Sunday. His 15 home runs in 82 games this season are just four behind the career high he set last season in 153 games. While De La Cruz's slash line of .242/.289/.426 has room for improvement, there's no denying his raw potential to continue to add throughout the season. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 4:06 pm
    • Suffers wrist contusion
Garver left Sunday's game against the Twins in the third inning due to a right wrist contusion, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

Advice: Garver was struck in the right wrist by a 92.7 mph sinker from Joe Ryan in the bottom of the second inning. He then exited the contest in the following frame. With Seattle having an off day Monday, the 33-year-old will have extra time to nurse the injury before Tuesday's series opener with the Orioles. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:16 pm
    • Mitch Garver suffers right wrist contusion
The Mariners report that Mitch Garver left Sunday’s game with a right wrist contusion.

Advice: Consider him to be day-to-day. He’ll be able to rest up tomorrow before the Mariners figure out whether he can DH on Tuesday. Rotoworld Yesterday, 2:11 pm
    • Departs after HBP
Garver was removed from Sunday's game against the Twins after being hit by a pitch on the wrist, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.

Advice: Garver remained in the game to run the bases but was lifted in the following frame. The specifics of the injury are unclear, but the catcher could be headed for X-rays. The Mariners were forced to give up the designated hitter as Cal Raleigh took over behind the plate. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 2:05 pm
    • Bryan De La Cruz smacks 15th homer
Bryan De La Cruz went 2-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored on Sunday against the Phillies.

Advice: De La Cruz’s 15 home runs are incredibly sneaky. Just four off his career-high 19 he set last year, his 10.9 barrel rate suggest the power outburst is real. De La Cruz has always had tremendous physical tools and is now showing genuine, all-fields power. He’s a name to watch ahead of the trade deadline as a move out of the cavernous loanDepot Park in Miami could increase his power potential. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:59 pm
    • Homers again in win
Duran went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Padres.

Advice: Duran chased Matt Waldron from the game when he hit a knuckleball around the Pesky Pole in the fifth inning. For the third time this month, Duran has gone deep in back-to-back games. He finishes June with six home runs after hitting only three over his first 61 games. Duran's tied with Bobby Witt for the fifth-best WAR in MLB this season at 4.3. His breakout campaign continues, as he's hitting .288/.350/.491 with nine homers, 39 RBI, 57 runs, and 20 stolen bases. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:53 pm
    • Mitch Garver exits after getting HBP on wrist
Mitch Garver left Sunday’s game after two innings with an apparent right wrist injury.

Advice: Garver stayed in to run after getting hit in the wrist by a pitch, but he couldn’t continue in the third. Unfortunately, Garver was catching and Cal Raleigh was DHing today, so the Mariners, who shed their third catcher (Seby Zavala) a couple of weeks ago, lost their DH. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:49 pm
