Advice: Reynolds snapped a scoreless tie with two outs in the eighth inning, launching a Nick Martinez changeup over the centerfield fence to provide the only offense in a 1-0 Pirates win. The 29-year-old Reynolds has been red hot at the plate -- he extended his hit streak to 17 games, going 24-for-70 (.343) with 11 extra-base hits in that span. Should be available ThursdayFairbanks said his bruised right thumb "felt within the realm of good" after playing catch Wednesday, and he expects to be available for Thursday's series finale in Minnesota, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Advice: The 27-year-old right-hander will obviously miss the remainder of the 2024 season and will miss at least the first half of the 2025 campaign as well while recovering from the surgery. Advice: Bradish was first diagnosed with a partial UCL tear in his elbow in mid-February, and while his initial rehab was successful -- he posted a 2.75 ERA and 53:15 K:BB over 39.1 innings covering eight starts -- he suffered a setback coming out of his most recent outing last Friday. After having his elbow re-examined, Bradish made the decision to have the surgery. Advice: One day after blowing his first save chance of the season, Suarez was back in his usual form, firing nine of 13 pitches for strikes as he shut down the Phillies' 6-7-8 hitters. Advice: The Rays haven't disclosed whether Fairbanks will be available out of the bullpen Wednesday, but his ability to take part in some pregame throwing work one day after being lifted from his appearance in Tuesday's 7-6 loss at least offers hope that he'll avoid a stint on the injured list. Aaron Judge (hand) not in Yankees lineup WednesdayAaron Judge (hand) is not in the Yankees’ starting lineup for Wednesday’s showdown against the Orioles.
