    • Chased early Sunday
Estes allowed six runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out two over 2.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Twins in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Both Estes and Twins starter Chris Paddack were hit hard in the early innings, and neither completed three frames. This was Estes' shortest outing of the season, and it's the first time in four starts he's given up more than three runs. The right-hander is now at a 5.97 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 30:9 K:BB through 34.2 innings over seven starts. His next outing is projected to come at home in a rematch versus the Twins. • Homers in matinee game
Cameron went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in a 6-2 loss to the Twins in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: The homer was Cameron's first since his season debut May 23. He went 0-for-3 in the nightcap, but it's encouraging to see the outfielder maintain decent playing time. He hasn't done a lot with it, slashing .182/.234/.341 with two homers, five RBI, five runs scored and a 3:10 BB:K over 47 plate appearances this season. Cameron should continue to be an option in the corner outfield spots, though it wouldn't be a surprise for him to settle into a short-side platoon role if he can't find consistency at the plate. • Takes loss versus Twins
Sears (4-6) allowed four runs on nine hits and four walks while striking out one over 4.1 innings to take the loss versus the Twins in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Sears had gone five starts without giving up a home run, but his good fortune ended with Carlos Correa taking him deep twice and Royce Lewis adding another homer in this start. This was the fourth time in Sears' last eight starts that he's given up four runs. He's now at a 4.25 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 55:28 K:BB through 82.2 innings over 15 outings this season. The southpaw is projected for a home rematch with the Twins in his next start. Rotowire.com Today, 9:10 pm

    • Two doubles in nightcap
Castro went 3-for-5 with two doubles and two runs scored in an 8-7 win over the Athletics in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Castro went 0-for-3 with a walk in the day game, but he redeemed himself with a strong showing in the nightcap. This was his third multi-hit effort in his last five contests. The 27-year-old is up to a .261/.350/.416 slash line with five home runs, eight stolen bases, 18 RBI, 40 runs scored, 15 doubles and four triples over 71 games this season. Between his speed and his defensive versatility, Castro can provide some quality depth for fantasy managers. Rotowire.com Today, 9:02 pm

    • Homers in nightcap
Larnach went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run in an 8-7 win over the Athletics in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Larnach sat out the day game against opposing lefty JP Sears, but he was able to make an impact in the nightcap by homering off right-hander Joey Estes. This was Larnach's first homer since June 2, and he had just one extra-base hit, a double, in the 10 contests in between long balls. He's up to a .261/.318/.440 slash line with seven homers, 22 RBI, 19 runs scored and one stolen base over 41 contests. Larnach should continue to play in a strong-side platoon role between designated hitter and the corner outfield spots. Rotowire.com Today, 8:59 pm

    • Gets sixth save Sunday
Jax allowed a hit and struck out one in a scoreless inning to earn the save in an 8-7 win over the Athletics in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Jax hadn't logged a save since May 10, but he received the opportunity to do so Sunday after Jhoan Duran closed out the matinee game. While the two relievers initially shared closing duties early in May, Duran has been the Twins' main closer for about a month while Jax has settled into a setup role. Jax has been excellent all year with a 2.30 ERA, 0.89 WHIP and 43:8 K:BB with six saves, 12 holds and two blown saves over 31.1 innings. Rotowire.com Today, 8:56 pm

    • Blanks Royals
Glasnow (7-5) picked up the win Sunday against Kansas City, allowing three hits and one walk with nine strikeouts across seven scoreless innings.

Advice: Glasnow was exceptional Sunday, striking out at least nine batters for a third straight start and completing his first scoreless start since April 21. He didn't allow an extra-base hit in the outing and got into the win column for the first time in seven starts. Glasnow leads MLB with 125 strikeouts across 93.0 innings and his ERA dropped from 3.24 to 3.00 after Sunday's start. The 30-year-old is tentatively scheduled to face the Angels next time out. • Struggles in nightcap
Paddack allowed five runs on five hits and a walk while failing to strike out a batter over 2.1 innings, taking a no-decision in Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader versus the Athletics.

Advice: Paddack had his shortest outing of the year after twice allowing the Athletics to counter the Twins' early offense. Over his last seven outings, Paddack has allowed four or more runs four times, but he's limited opponents to two runs or less in the other three starts in that span. He's at a 5.25 ERA, 1.41 WHIP and 67:15 K:BB through 73.2 innings over 14 starts this year, so inconsistency is just part of the deal for the right-hander. He's projected to make his next start in a rematch at Oakland. Rotowire.com Today, 8:49 pm

    • Homer, steal in day game
Santana went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and a stolen base in a 6-2 win over the Athletics in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader.

Advice: Santana also went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and a run scored in the nightcap. The first baseman is batting .326 (15-for-46) with three homers and two steals over 13 contests in June, a stretch that's helped him claim a starting role at first base since Alex Kirilloff was optioned to Triple-A St. Paul. Santana is at a .235/.316/.425 slash line with 11 homers, 36 RBI, 26 runs scored and two steals through 66 games this season. Rotowire.com Today, 8:45 pm
