    • Logs fourth straight multi-hit game
Fraley went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI double in Monday's loss to the Mariners.

Advice: Fraley was caught trying to swipe a bag after stealing three bases Sunday, but he put his power on display with an RBI double in the fourth inning and a solo homer to right field in the seventh. He's recorded two hits in four straight contests, going 8-for-16 (.500) with seven runs and four RBI over that span. Fraley routinely sits against left-handed pitching, but he's been very productive when in the lineup, slashing .432/.462/.622 with 12 runs, four RBI and four steals through 39 plate appearances. • Austin Riley collects three hits, RBI in win
Austin Riley went 3-for-5 with an RBI single in a victory over the Astros on Monday.

Advice: Riley singled to left to make the score 4-1 in the ninth inning. The third baseman also doubled — the sixth two-bagger of the 2024 campaign for the 27-year-old — and he improves his OPS to .851 with the three-knock game. Rotoworld Yesterday, 8:18 pm
    • Brilliant again in win
Lugo (3-0) earned the win Monday, allowing no runs, four hits and one walk over seven innings against the White Sox. He struck out four.

Advice: Lugo looked to be in complete control against a weak White Sox lineup as he scattered four singles and issued only one walk Monday night. The 34-year-old right-hander has been splendid to start the year, posting a 1.05 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 13:6 K:BB over his first 25.2 innings. Lugo is currently scheduled to make his next start against Baltimore at home. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:05 pm
    • Seth Lugo blanks White Sox over seven in victory
Seth Lugo spun seven shutout innings on Monday in a win over the White Sox.

Advice: Lugo had little trouble carving up Chicago’s lineup in this one, allowing just five total baserunners and needing only 99 pitches (64 strikes) to navigate seven frames. He finished with four strikeouts and only issued one walk. The 34-year-old veteran righty isn’t posting gaudy strikeout totals, but he’s been effective so far in his Royals debut. He’ll carry a microscopic 1.05 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 13/6 K/BB ratio across 25 2/3 innings (four starts) into a tough home matchup on Sunday against the Orioles. Rotoworld Yesterday, 7:07 pm
    • George Springer reaches twice, steals base in win
George Springer walked twice and stole a base on Monday, leading the Blue Jays to a 3-1 win over the Yankees.

Advice: There wasn’t much offensively for either side in this one as Toronto scratched across three runs on just four hits and eight walks, going 1-for-10 with runners in scoring position. Springer drew a pair of walks and also notched his third theft of the season in this one. The 34-year-old veteran outfielder has gotten off to a slow start with a .667 OPS and just two homers through 17 games. Rotoworld Yesterday, 6:41 pm
    • Activated from injured list
Jimenez (adductor) was activated from the 10-day injured list by the White Sox on Monday.

Advice: Jimenez is not in Monday's lineup against the Royals but will be available off the bench. He hasn't played since March 31 because of a left adductor strain but was cleared to return after ramping up his running over the weekend. Gavin Sheets is getting another start at designated hitter Monday. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 1:57 pm
    • Eloy Jiménez (adductor) activated off injured list
White Sox activated OF Eloy Jiménez off the 10-day injured list.

Advice: Jiménez ended up missing just a little over the maximum 10 days while dealing with his adductor strain. The 27-year-old should hit in the middle of the lineup for the White Sox now that he’s back, and if anyone was impatient and dropped the right-handed hitter, he’s obviously someone to consider for your roster. Consider is probably an understatement. Rotoworld Yesterday, 1:48 pm
    • Poised for mound work
Senga (shoulder) is throwing from 120 feet and should begin playing catch off a mound this week, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The right-hander was diagnosed with a shoulder strain at the start of training camp, and the Mets have been very cautious with his recovery so far. Senga's still been making progress though, and beginning to throw off a mound will be a big step. He'll be eligible to come off the 60-day IL near the end of May, and at this stage that appears to be a realistic timeline for his 2024 debut. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:29 am

    • Set to resume swinging bat
Martinez (back) is expected to begin swinging a bat again Monday, and he should resume his minor-league assignment later this week, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.

Advice: The veteran DH hasn't played for Low-A St. Lucie since last Saturday due to back tightness, and he received an injection Tuesday to speed his recovery. Assuming he gets back into the St. Lucie lineup this week, Martinez could be in line to make his Mets debut before the end of the month. Rotowire.com Yesterday, 8:25 am
