    • Goes deep Saturday
Kim went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and an additional run in Saturday's 6-4 victory against Milwaukee.

Advice: Kim hit a fourth-inning solo shot that gave San Diego a 4-0 lead. The shortstop also singled in the contest, giving him his first multi-hit performance in over two weeks. Kim is slashing .231/.338/.462 with three homers, 12 RBI, nine runs, two stolen bases and an 11:8 BB:K through 20 games in June. Rotowire.com Sunday, 8:01 am

    • Slugs homer in win
Naylor went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Blue Jays.

Advice: Naylor snapped a 25-game homer drought dating back to May 4. The catcher has struggled at the plate for much of the campaign, but he's gone a respectable 6-for-23 (.261) over his last seven contests. With the Guardians carrying three catchers, Naylor's margin for error at the plate is thin -- he doesn't have the defensive skill of Austin Hedges or the offensive consistency of David Fry in his favor. Naylor is slashing .184/.253/.291 with four homers, 15 RBI, 18 runs scored and one stolen base over 174 plate appearances. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:12 pm

    • Ha-Seong Kim goes deep in victory over Brewers
Ha-Seong Kim crushed his 10th home run of the season as the Padres triumphed over the Brewers on Saturday evening in San Diego.

Advice: Kim tagged rookie right-hander Carlos Rodriguez for his two-out, 374-foot (97.5 mph EV) solo shot in the fourth inning — extending the Padres’ advantage to 4-0. Kim also singled and rode home on Kyle Higashioka’s two-run blast in the seventh inning, finishing the night 2-for-3. For the season, the slick-fielding 28-year-old is now hitting .220/.331/.390 with 10 long balls, 36 RBI and 15 stolen bases. Rotoworld Saturday, 7:00 pm

    • Braxton Garrett dealing with elbow discomfort
MLB.com’s Christina De Nicola reports Braxton Garrett won’t start Sunday against the Mariners due to left elbow discomfort.

Advice: It’s a virtual lock that Garrett will land on the injured list later this weekend and it’s yet another devastating hit to Miami’s injury-depleted starting rotation. At this point, there’s almost nobody left from the Marlins’ pre-season pitching plans. There should be an update on the 26-year-old southpaw’s status once he undergoes some additional testing and imaging to determine the extent of the matter. Rotoworld Saturday, 10:53 am

    • Tyler O’Neill not in Saturday’s lineup vs. Reds
Tyler O’Neill is not in the lineup for Saturday’s game against the Reds.

Advice: O’Neill gets a routine maintenance day with Wilyer Abreu back in right field on Saturday afternoon against the Reds. The 29-year-old has homered four times over his last seven games and should be back in there for Sunday’s series finale. Rotoworld Saturday, 10:41 am

    • Won't start Sunday
Garrett was scratched from his scheduled start Sunday due to left elbow discomfort, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Advice: Garrett reported having problems in his elbow following a bullpen session Friday, so the Marlins will play it safe and hold him out of Sunday's contest. The 26-year-old southpaw will undergo further testing, and the results will help determine if he needs to spend some time on the injured list. Miami has not yet named a replacement starter for Sunday. Rotowire.com Saturday, 10:33 am

    • Heading to bench Saturday
O'Neill is out of the lineup for Saturday's game against the Reds, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

Advice: O'Neill will hit the bench after going 0-for-7 with two walks over the Red Sox's previous two contests, but he's been excellent overall since making his return from a three-game absence due to a knee issue earlier this month, slashing .273/.342/.697 since June 12. Even though he finds himself as the odd man out of the Boston outfield Saturday while the team brings Wilyer Abreu (ankle) back from the injured list, O'Neill should continue to handle a near-everyday role for the Red Sox. • Walks it off Friday
Anderson went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Friday's extra-inning win over the Mariners.

Advice: The veteran shortstop ripped a walk-off single into left field off Austin Voth in the bottom of the 10th inning, although the Marlins got a bit lucky when Cal Raleigh couldn't come up with the throw to the plate, allowing Jake Burger to score. Anderson has been red hot of late, batting .405 (17-for-42) with seven multi-hit performances in the last 10 games, but he still carries a feeble .232/.257/.246 slash line on the season. • Seven-game hitting streak
Arozarena went 2-for-4 with a double Friday against the Pirates.

Advice: Arozarena extended his hitting streak to seven games, two of which have been multi-hit efforts. He's hitting .391 in that span while tallying two homers, six RBI, five runs scored and three stolen bases. With this stretch, Arozarena has raised his average to .191 -- his highest mark since April 14. Rotowire.com Saturday, 7:24 am
