Advice: D'Arnaud is still in a walking boot, but he's hoping to be cleared for weight-bearing activities in two weeks. The 24-year-old suffered a non-displaced fracture of the first metatarsal in his left foot during a mid-April game at Triple-A Las Vegas and will continue to be moved along slowly. D'Arnaud won't be a candidate for a promotion to majors until well into the second half of the season.

Todd Helton isn't a good bet to hold up and will require regular rest no matter what, so Pacheco should continue to have value in NL-only leagues.

"Chooch" has been slow to get going since returning from his 25-game Adderall suspension, batting just .240/.291/.280 through 15 games. There are better options at catcher right now in shallow mixed leagues.

Advice: One could say Ruiz hasn't been up to speed since returning from his 25-game ban. This is a guy who hit 16 homers and drove in 68 runs in 114 games last year. In 47 at-bats this season, he has just two extra-base hits, both doubles.

Advice: Iannetta is batting .202 with no power (three homers, .333 slugging) this year, but he's been getting on base plenty recently. Since May 5, Iannetta has drawn 10 walks in nine games to pump his OBP to .333. He's not a good fantasy player, and he likely won't be again playing in Angels Stadium, but Iannetta is an underrated catcher who isn't likely to lose his starting job.

Advice: Hundley looked like a potential fantasy breakout star in April, batting .329 with a .901 OPS. He's cratered since, going 2-for-33 in 11 May games. Yasmani Grandal's suspension, and Hundley's firm grasp of San Diego's starting catching job, end later this month. A perennial name bandied about in trade talks, expect Hundley to fry on the hot stove this summer.

He's been a bit of a disappointment offensively thus far, hitting .247/.321/.323 with no homers, 11 RBI and only four runs scored on the season. Fantasy owners in two-catcher formats who counted on more production from the Marlins backstop have likely had to search for other options.

Advice: Romine was just 1-for-16 coming into Friday's action. The 24-year-old backstop should get a chance at regular at-bats while Chris Stewart nurses a groin injury, so he could be worth a short-term look in AL-only leagues.

Advice: Napoli leads the AL in doubles (18) and is third in RBI (34), though he's cooled off considerably since a monster start, which was to be expected. Since his two-homer outburst on May 1, he's batting .192 with just one homer and three RBI over 57 plate appearances. He's piled up 17 strikeouts against three unintentional walks during that period. If you've got yourself a prime backup first baseman, it might be time to sit Napoli for a few games.
