    Advice: Kiermaier went 0-for-2 during Tuesday's loss before being replaced on defense heading into the bottom of the sixth inning. The Blue Jays are officially considering him day-to-day, so his injury doesn't appear to be too serious, but it's possible the team holds him out of the lineup for a game or two to ensure he gets back to 100 percent.     Advice: Yes, Phillips allowed four baserunners and no runs. With runners on first and second, CJ Abrams laced a single to right field, but the Nationals third base coach put up a late stop sign that saw Luis Garcia Jr. get caught in a rundown between third and home. After Garcia was tagged out, Phillips walked Eddie Rosario to load the bases but struck out Jesse Winker to end the game.     Sanchez (1-3) took the loss Tuesday against the Reds, allowing five runs (one earned) on four hits and three walks over three innings. He struck out three.

    Advice: Sanchez struggled with command Tuesday but the Phillies defense certainly didn't do him any favors, committing three errors behind the left-hander in the eventual 8-1 loss. It's a disappointing effort from Sanchez after he was dominant in his last outing versus Colorado, allowing one run while striking out 10 in a win. He now sports a 2.96 ERA with a 1.48 WHIP and 28:11 K:BB through five outings (24.1 innings) this season. Sanchez is currently slated for a road matchup with the Angles on Monday in his next start.     Pablo López allowed four hits and three earned runs over four innings in the Twins’ win over the White Sox on Tuesday.

    Advice: López fell victim to a three-run homer courtesy of Eloy Jiménez in the fourth inning, which proved to be his lone blemish in an up-and-down outing. The veteran righty struggled to keep runners off the basepaths in this one, allowing six baserunners in this one. He’s now allowed seven or more baserunners in three of his last four outings and has seen his ERA rise to 4.39 on the young season.     Eloy Jiménez went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI in Tuesday’s loss to the Twins.

    Advice: Jiménez got the scoring started for the lowly White Sox in the fourth inning when he got the best of Pablo López and sent a 417-foot blast into the left-field stands to put his team up 3-1. As has been the case for many White Sox players, Jiménez has largely underwhelmed to start the season. He entered the day batting .176, and Tuesday’s homer marks just his second of the season.
