      Jarren Duran went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a stolen base Sunday as the Red Sox bested the Reds 7-4.

      Advice: With Cincinnati sending southpaw Nick Lodolo to the mound Sunday, the lefty-hitting Yoshida will begin the game in the dugout. He went 0-for-8 over the first two games of the series, and since returning from a thumb injury June 11, he's gone 4-for-34 with one RBI.       Advice: Duran made two big plays in the final innings to spur Boston to a win. In the eighth, he tagged up on a shallow foul out and beat Stuart Fairchild's throw to the plate for the go-ahead run. An inning later, Duran victimized Fairchild again, robbing him of a home run by reaching over the fence to record the second out.       Advice: Duran won this game for Boston. He singled in the eighth inning and came around to score the go-ahead run. Then in a one-run game in the ninth inning, Duran robbed what would’ve been a home run off the bat of Stuart Fairchild. Duran is hitting .283 with an .826 OPS on the season.       Nick Castellanos went 2-for-3 with a home run and five RBI against the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

      Advice: Castellanos’ home run was his 11th of the season and went so far he started removing his protective elbow pad before he even exited the batter’s box. In all, he had a sacrifice fly, two-run home run and two-run double. Castellanos has struggled this season with a .225 average and .672 OPS, but the Phillies lineup still provides opportunities to drive in runs as he now has 37 RBI on the year.       Amed Rosario suffered facial lacerations when he was hit in the face by a 99.6-mph fastball during Saturday’s game against the Pirates.

      Advice: It sounds like the 28-year-old infielder was extremely fortunate to have avoided any broken bones in a terrifying situation on Saturday afternoon.       Rosario suffered facial lacerations stemming from being hit by a pitch during Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Pirates, but the Rays are optimistic that he avoided any fractures, Tricia Whitaker of Bally Sports Sun reports.

      Advice: Rosario was removed in the first inning after being struck in the face by Jared Jones' 99 mile-per-hour fastball. Fortunately for Rosario, initial X-rays to his face haven't shown any structural damage, but the Rays may look to stay away from using him for a few days while he waits for his cuts to heal.
